Candidate Set To Be First Female Navy SEAL Quits After A Week Of Training

Hours running, swimming, and working out every single day–that’s the Navy Seal screening test.

The unidentified first woman to give it a try has dropped out.

Daily Wire

A woman who enlisted to become the first ever female Navy SEAL quit after one week of training, reports Task and Purpose.

“The unidentified female candidate dropped out in early August during a three-week course in San Diego that began July 24. It was the first assessment of potential SEAL officers before they can be sent on to more grueling courses, according to the website, which cited ‘multiple Naval Special Warfare Command sources,'” reports The Washington Examiner.

Before former President Barack Obama’s rule change, which took effect in January of 2016, women were not allowed in United States Military combat roles. “But there were no female applicants in the 18 months since that historic change until now,” reported CNN at the end of July, referring to the enlistment of the unidentified candidate.

There is still one remaining female candidate attempting to join the Navy’s special operations teams; this unidentified woman is training for the Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman (SWCC) program.

As previously reported by The Daily Wire, women, generally speaking, are unqualified for combat. Moreover, sex-integrated units have been found to be far less effective and more injury-prone than all-male units.

The first video shows how the physical screening works. It’s four minutes. The second video lasts 13 minutes and goes into more detail on Seal training.

Police Fitness Test Discriminated Against Women, Federal Judge Rules

A federal judge has ruled that fitness tests that women cannot pass at the same rate as men are a violation of federal law.

Judge Richard Matsch was born in 1930! He presided over the Oklahama City bombing case that saw Timothy McVeigh convicted in a trial that covered up a great deal of the truth.

At age 87, Matsch is still ruling from the bench. He’s now found that fitness tests that women can’t pass are discriminatory.

The test isn’t described in the story, but I probably couldn’t pass it either, but I’m not selfish enough to demand that standards be lowered for my benefit.

Putting unqualified women cops on the street is going to kill people. Matsch needs to retire and let someone with a stronger sense of logic rule from the bench.

The Gazette

A fitness test given to Colorado Springs police officers discriminated against women and violated civil rights laws, a federal judge ruled Wednesday in a two-year lawsuit.

The test “shamed and ostracized” the 12 plaintiffs – many of them decorated officers with decades of service – while providing “meaningless” results, ruled U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch.

Performing poorly on the test left officers at risk of losing their jobs, despite the benchmark scores being “arbitrary” and the evaluation having little to do with the officers’ everyday work, Matsch said. Significantly more women than men failed it.

“To retroactively impose that requirement on women who have invested their lives as career police officers is fundamentally unfair,” Matsch wrote.

The ruling that Colorado Springs violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 leaves the city on the hook for a possible payout to the plaintiffs for wage loss and emotional distress. A hearing on damages is expected to be set in the coming week.

A California civil rights advocate said it also sends a message to municipalities across the nation to avoid such fitness tests for potential hires and veteran employees.

“If municipalities are going to use tests like this, they have to make sure there’s a scientific basis behind them,” said Jocelyn Larkin, executive director of the Impact Fund. The organization helps bankroll civil-rights lawsuits, and it contributed $30,000 to this case.

Donna Dell’Olio, an attorney representing the women, praised the ruling as a victory for women seeking to join the force.

“The women are wonderful professionals, and all they wanted was to be able to serve crime victims and the citizens of Colorado Springs,” Dell’Olio said. “And now they’re going to be allowed to do that.”

Ten of the dozen plaintiffs remain on the force, Dell’Olio said. One has since moved to Wyoming, and another left the department amid fears she’d lose her job for failing the test.

“They did this at great peril to their careers,” Dell’Olio said. “And they did it for the younger women who are coming up behind them.”

A statement from the Police Department said “the city has received the ruling, is reviewing it, and evaluating the city’s options.”

The issue dates to 2009, when former Chief Richard Myers mandated all officers undergo fitness tests, and the department hired Human Performance Systems of Beltsville, Md., to create the evaluations. They included one-minute sit-up and push-up tests, as well as two running tests, one of which focused on agility.

Practice tests in 2013 showed deep disparities in women’s and men’s success rates, the lawsuit said.

Forty percent of women failed the test, compared with 9 percent of men. Women police recruits tested that year fared slightly worse, while men did slightly better.

Still, a 2014 order by Myers’ successor, Chief Pete Carey, mandated each officer pass the test annually. Officers who failed the first test were relegated to desk duty, while those who failed after six months of trying could be fired.

All 12 plaintiffs failed on the first try, including Maggie Santos, a lieutenant at the time overseeing the department’s Internal Affairs division.

She retired after 24 years in the department, taking a job as director of campus safety at a college. In leaving early, Santos said Wednesday that she left “significant” pension benefits on the table.

The risk of being fired without a place to go was too great, she said, especially as her kids neared college.

“It was horrible,” Santos said. “I didn’t want to leave. That isn’t when I had planned to retire. I still had more career in front of me, and it was taken.”

In issuing his ruling, Matsch relied on complex statistical analyses highlighting the disparities women faced.

He said some of the evaluations – such as the push-up test – favored men while “not being designed to evaluate an officer’s overall suitability for duty.”

The Police Department also erred in making the test a sole criterion for an officer’s firing, rather than as “one component,” he said.

In the process, Matsch noted that the Police Department’s use of a fitness test for current employees – not applicants – was unprecedented.

Santos said Matsch’s ruling was bittersweet.

“The reason why we did it was for the younger women,” Santos said. “They won’t appreciate it now when they’re in their 20s, but in 20 to 25 years, they’ll appreciate what we did, and we’re doing it for them.”

Kim Dotcom trolls Obama with badass photo of Putin standing in rain

Tech bad boy Kim Dotcom keeps himself in the news with his Tweets.

This time he decided to rain on Obama’s parade by doing one of those Putin vs. Obama comparisons that were popular for the last eight years.

This isn’t much of a story, but rather a distraction from the important issues facing us. Still, it’s nice to be reminded of why we’re better off without Obama in the White House.

Kim Dotcom trolled former US President Barack Obama with a photo of Russian leader Vladimir Putin standing in the pouring rain without an umbrella in sight.

The internet entrepreneur, wanted by the US over the now-defunct file-sharing website, Megaupload, compared the photo to one of Obama standing under an umbrella held for him by a US Marine.

The Obama photo, taken in 2013 during a press conference with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, sparked controversy at the time as some observers pointed out it was against regulations for male marines to hold umbrellas.

Dotcom, a vocal critic of Obama, took the opportunity to highlight again the moment after a photo of Putin braving the rain during a wreath-laying ceremony on the Day of Memory and Sorrow emerged on Wednesday.

Twitter users responded to Dotcom’s tweet by sharing other badass photos of the Russian leader, known for his macho persona.

Others, however, defended Obama sharing a picture of him walking in the rain without cover, comparing it to a photo of current President Donald Trump holding an umbrella.

President Trump Speaks: Here’s Why They Hate Him (Video)

It’s worth watching this video just to see Obama sitting there in the audience listening to President Donald Trump rip him a new one.

The video flips back and forth from Trump to supporters of the New World Order (Like George H. W. Bush–Bush I), contrasting the messages. It’s very effective in showing how the globalists are threatened by America First. Six minutes.

Published on Jan 20, 2017

The political elites hate him on both sides of the Atlantic. Why? Because he’s not on board with their precious New World Order. RTV takes a closer look at President Trump’s inauguration speech and its ramifications. Trump is far from perfect, but so was Constantine…and look how God used him. Pray for President Donald J. Trump!

Rise of the Alpha, Return of the Tribe

Here we have a plea for Western man to reclaim his rightful role as virtuous leader of his clan. The Fourth Turning is seeing the rejection of a (((Deep State))) which considers its people as the enemy.

Excerpt from The Burning Platform

Whether they realize it or not as political borders falter, whether due to economics or social instability, those with the strongest bonds in terms of clan and tribe are the most likely to weather the coming storm. Those at the head of these clans and tribes will emerge as new political leaders, the old guard having been cast aside as the result of fall out in a sociopolitical environment turned upside down.

The importance of the clan in the Sikh’s success in our region cannot be overstated. They have done well in their new environment because they rely on one another. In a sense they are all family, much in the same way my community was as a child growing up in the mid west. They take care of one another through business and community and they do not compromise their identity or deny the natural order of the world.

Unlike too many of their ‘European’ counterparts they do not suffer foolishness. From my observations the beta male is rare in their culture. They pay him and his corresponding social structures and philosophy little mind. For the Sikh weakness is not a virtue and they do not confuse it with mercy. It was not that long ago that our culture did the same.

Indeed, our nations and our culture are failing because marxism, the battle standard of the beta and what I call ‘vile alpha’, has been allowed to creep into every aspect of our lives unchecked and unchallenged. It is a trend which, with regards to our political states, I believe no man can reverse. As such we have arrived at a cross roads in our political and social structure with the trend towards tribalism accelerating. In his excellent essay on this subject entitled “Tribes“, Robert Gore writes: “Resurgent tribalism represents a huge step backwards and comes at the expense of the smallest tribe: the individual.”

In a sense this is true. But at this stage I believe it is a trend that cannot be reversed. Moreover, it is a trend that does not necessarily carry negative consequences.

Trump Revokes WaPo Press Credentials Based on Inaccurate Reporting

smiling pepe the frog

For the first time that I can recall, the Jew media takes a hit from a major politician. Trump is already making America great again by not putting up with the biased media’s nonsense.

Even WaPo is not clear what the meaning of Trump’s ban is, so I’m not clear either. What’s important is that he isn’t allowing Megyn Kelly, the Washington Post, or any other so-called journalist to screw him over.

Washington Post

Donald Trump said Monday that he is pulling The Washington Post’s credentials to cover his events because he is upset with the newspaper’s coverage of his campaign. The move puts the newspaper on a long list of media outlets that the presumptive Republican nominee has banned for reporting that displeased him.

“Based on the incredibly inaccurate coverage and reporting of the record setting Trump campaign, we are hereby revoking the press credentials of the phony and dishonest Washington Post,” read a post on Trump’s Facebook page.

Another post said, “I am no fan of President Obama, but to show you how dishonest the phony Washington Post is, they wrote, ‘Donald Trump suggests President Obama was involved with Orlando shooting’ as their headline. Sad!”

Trump was referring to an article that posted online Monday during the mid-afternoon that was headlined, “Donald Trump seems to connect President Obama to Orlando shooting.” The article was the most-read on The Post’s website at the time. Its original headline, which Trump accurately cited in his Facebook post, was changed after about an hour. The newspaper changed it on its own, before Trump’s complaint.

Post editors were unsure Monday evening what Trump’s ban entailed. Editors learned of it from Facebook and have had no contact with Trump or his campaign aides.

In a statement, Post Executive Editor Martin Baron said: “Donald Trump’s decision to revoke The Washington Post’s press credentials is nothing less than a repudiation of the role of a free and independent press. When coverage doesn’t correspond to what the candidate wants it to be, then a news organization is banished.

“The Post will continue to cover Donald Trump as it has all along — honorably, honestly, accurately, energetically and unflinchingly,” Baron continued. “We’re proud of our coverage, and we’re going to keep at it.”
