Berkeley Antifa Professor Who Used Bike Lock to Attack Trump Supporter is Arrested, Held on $200,000 Bond

GOT HIM!

4 Chan members figured out who had tried to kill at least one Trump supporter last month. They used photos taken at the site of pro-free speech rally to track down the identity of their man.

Contrary to reports last month that Eric Clanton had been taken into custody, he has remained free for over a month.

Today, his freedom ended.

East Bay Times

BERKELEY — A former Diablo Valley College professor was in custody Wednesday evening after his arrest Wednesday afternoon in Oakland, according to county records.

Eric Clanton, 28, was being held on $200,000 bail after he was booked into Berkeley City Jail Wednesday evening. He was arrested on suspicion of use of a firearm during a felony with an enhancement clause and assault with a non-firearm deadly weapon.

Clanton faces a 9 a.m. Friday arraignment hearing at Oakland’s Wiley W. Manuel courthouse.

A former Diablo Valley College staff directory Web page said Clanton, who earned a bachelor’s degree at California State University, Bakersfield, and a master’s degree at San Francisco State in philosophy, worked at the school since 2015, teaching an “introduction to philosophy with a background in teaching ethics, critical thinking, and comparative philosophy East/West” with “primary research interests” of ethics and politics.

Employee records for 2015 and 2016 listed Clanton as a lecturer with the California State University system and a philosophy instructor with the Contra Costa Community College District, according to Transparent California.

Berkeley police were not immediately available to confirm any connection between Clanton’s arrest and social-media-fueled accusations within the last month about attacks during at least one of a series of protests earlier this year.

Fake News: Press Goes Full Retard Over White House Racist Hand Sign

CASSANDRA FAIRBANKS AND MIKE CERNOVICH TROLLING AT THE WHITE HOUSE.

The left seems intent on making Mike Cernovich an even bigger player in alt-right circles than he is. He’s actually alt-light. Maybe that’s why the keep promoting him and MILO.

The stupidity of claiming Cernovich is a white power advocate would be obvious to anyone who reads his Tweets and his blog.

The Independent

Two conservative journalists have sparked outcry on social media by making what some have interpreted as a white supremacist hand symbol at a recent visit to the White House.

Freelance journalist Mike Cernovich and Cassandra Fairbanks, a reporter for Russian news outlet Sputnik, posed for a picture behind the podium in the White House briefing room. In the photo, they are making a hand sign that can be used to signify “white power.”

“Just two people doing a white power hand gesture in the White House,” Fusion senior reporter Emma Roller tweeted, alongside a screenshot of the picture.

“Just two people doing a white power hand gesture in the White House,” Fusion senior reporter Emma Roller tweeted, alongside a screenshot of the picture.

Ms Fairbanks, however, claims the hand gesture was not a reference to the white power movement. She pointed to her partial Puerto Rican heritage as evidence that she is not a white supremacist.

“White power!!!!!!! Except I’m Puerto Rican. Can it be PR power?!” she tweeted.

Ms Fairbanks’ supporters point out that the hand symbol is also used to mean “OK.” Photos show people of all races using the symbol to signify that everything is “alright.”

The symbol, however, has become more contentious with the rise of the alt-right – a far-right contingent in the United States that rejects both mainstream conservatism and liberal ideologies. The self-proclaimed founder of the alt-right, Richard Spencer, is a well-known white supremacist.

Alt-right journalist Lucian Wintrich, a writer for The Gateway Pundit, sparked outcry when he flashed the symbol in a similar picture at the White House in February. Notorious alt-right personality Milo Yiannopoulos also frequently flashes the symbol.

The resurgence of the symbol may be traced back to a popular alt-right meme, known as “smug Pepe,” which began circulating on alt-right, pro-Trump message boards in 2015. Mr Trump often uses the symbol when speaking, explaining its significance with the president’s supporters.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) characterises the symbol as a “racist hand sign.”

“Some white supremacists, particularly in California, may use a two-handed hand sign in which one hand forms the letter ‘W’ and the other hand forms the letter ‘P,’ to represent WP or ‘White Power,’” an entry in the ADL’s hate symbols database reads.

Ms Fairbanks joined notoriety when she moved from supporting Senator Bernie Sanders to supporting Mr Trump for president. She now frequently speaks out against Islamic terrorism and the Black Lives Matter movement. Her employer, Sputnik, applied for White House press credentials last month.

Mr Cernovich is the founder of the men’s rights blog Danger & Play, and author of the book “MAGA Mindset: Making YOU and America Great Again.” He received White House press credentials on 25 April.

Antifa Flyer Promises Extermination of White Children

I’m not sure what to make of the alleged antifa flyer that calls for the mass murder of both whites and “heebs.” Is this a George Soros trick or a rogue group of antifa? Or the work of a troll?

HERE IS FOOTAGE OF THE ASSAULT:

Clanton is a professor of philosophy at Diable Valley College.

Clanton allegedly was a student as SFSU; not a surprise that he got his education in Liberalville, USA.

After much digging, the Internet finally placed him:

He is known to rant to his students about anarchist tactics . . .

What is most amazing about the unmasking of Eric Clanton is the level of dedication and time spent by random Internet users to track down the violent criminal . . .

We are also going to have to keep the pressure on to make sure the District Attorney files the proper charges. In my opinion, the proper charge is attempted murder. Lesser charges that let Clanton off with community service are not acceptable.

Leftards: White Milk = White Supremacy

The left looks for racism under every bed and finds it.

In this case, the left looked in your refrigerator and found that white milk is racist.

If you have chocolate milk in the fridge, I’m not sure what the left would conclude about you.

Excerpt from Mic. via archive.is

Milk, the longtime staple for growing children, is now the new, creamy symbol of white racial purity in President Donald Trump’s America.

Some white supremacists think white ethnic identity has a geographic, historical correlation with the body’s tolerance for milk — specifically, the production of the lactase enzyme that allows humans to break down lactose.

On 4chan, the internet’s hate speech hit factory, one anonymous poster laid this thesis out using the following graphic from a study in Nature, showing hotspots of where certain populations have higher milk tolerances.

The discussion thread also contained references to seemingly benign academic studies of “Lactose tolerance in a Slavic population,” conversations about whether modern industry has tainted the purity of milk, and several milk-based poems about white pride.

As Age of Shitlords points out, the whole milk discussion revolves around racial differences in lactose intolerance. It’s not even remotely a white supremacist keystone.

Downtrend has seen this nonsense before.

Amazingly enough, this isn’t the first time lefties have tried to claim milk is racist. Last year Mother Jones said milk is racist because black people may not need to drink it as much as white people. The racism supposedly comes from the US government recommending that all people drink milk, when blacks possibly have a different dietary need.

If you are at the point where your are freaking out over milk being racist, you need professional help. If you reach that point, which liberals clearly have, and you think it’s Donald Trump’s fault, you shouldn’t be roaming free in society.

Mother Jones was claiming last August that government recommendations to drink milk are racist. Urging blacks to drink milk is part of a plot to kill them off.

It’s muh black genocide.

Donald Trump’s ‘alt-right’ supporters express dismay at disavowal

Expecting the Donald to put his stamp of approval on what the press are saying are “Nazis” is unrealistic. If the Donald lives up to his promises to seal the border and reduce immigration, then we’re with him.

A good sounding board is Ann Coulter. If she turns on Trump, then he’s betrayed us. Until then, he’s playing a masterful game of trying to appear presidential.

The Guardian

President-elect Donald Trump’s disavowal of Richard Spencer and his far-right thinktank the National Policy Institute, a day after video of Spencer’s supporters giving the Nazi salute at an event in Washington DC surfaced, has dismayed some of his supporters on the “alt-right”.

“This constant virtue signaling needs to finally end, otherwise our civilization will simply collapse,” a commenter wrote underneath the article of Trump’s disavowal on right-wing news site Breitbart.

People in the myriad “alt-right” communities that have flourished online in recent years are also expressing their displeasure that Trump appears to have abandoned the most extreme of his policies – at least for now – such as building a wall and prosecuting Hillary Clinton.

They also objected to his visiting of the New York Times for an on-the-record meeting on Tuesday, at which Trump described the news organization as a “world jewel”.

On /pol/, the political discussion board of the anonymous message-board 4chan, one poster wrote: “Already reneging on his word before he even takes office?! People will remember that.”

A post on Reddit’s r/altright board, one of the movement’s home bases, linked to Trump’s disavowal at the New York Times meeting and asked: “Anyone here feeling bamboozled by the Donald?” Dozens of commenters responded.

“You are fooled if you think Trump was going to give us some sort of permission slip to start cleansing America. He isn’t our ‘man on a white horse’,” on said.

Another wrote: “Trump can’t be non-negative on the alt-right. We support him because he agrees with us on important policy goals, not because he flatters us.”

Over on 4chan’s /pol/, fierce discussion was raging on the issue of how to deal with Richard Spencer and his neo-Nazi event. Many thought that Trump was right to disavow him.

Another wrote: “The leaders of the Alt-Right no longer look like attractive, young, rebellious counter-culture intellectuals, but now they look like fat, dumb racists.”

Opinion on the board was split, with many saying that the entire debacle was a “false flag” operation cooked up to discredit their movement, and others – a small minority – calling for the board to rally in support of Spencer.

On Reddit’s r/The_Donald board, one of the most popular pro-Trump corners of the internet, supporters urged patience in the face of signs discouraging to the “alt-right”, like the rumors that Mitt Romney was the frontrunner for secretary of state.

One post urged people to “stay fucking calm” until the appointment of Romney – who is a reviled figure amongst the “alt-right” – was reported by Breitbart.

sad-woman

There, there, it’s going to be alright. America and the world don’t have to listen to Hillary’s screaming for the next four (or eight) years. Say, “Thank you, President Trump.”
