Fourth Woman Accuses Millionaire (((Howard Rubin))) of Rape inside his NYC Dungeon

An unidentified whore allegedly accepted $2,000 to go on a date with an aging wealthy Jewish pervert.

Then, when the situation turned out the way any reasonable person would expect, she cried rape and filed a lawsuit.

Our wealthy Jew denies that anything nonconsensual happened.

Jewish Soros Fund Manager Allegedly Beat, Raped Women in Penthouse Torture Chamber

Did the girls forget to give naughty boy Howie their “safe word?”

Doesn’t everyone into BDSM have safe words?

No matter.

The girls say Howie’s been a naughty boy. The court will decide.

New York Post

A portfolio manager for an investment fund founded by financier George Soros sexually abused women at a Manhattan penthouse dungeon, according to a $27 million Brooklyn federal court suit.

Howie Rubin, 62, whose high stakes dealing was featured in the best-selling books “Liar’s Poker” and “The Big Short,” rented the lavish Metropolitan Tower pad in Midtown to indulge in brutal sex with women whom he paid between $2000 and $5000 per session, according to the suit filed Thursday.

The three unidentified plaintiffs in the case — including two Playboy Playmates — claim the married father raped and beat them to the point that they needed extensive medical attention, court papers say.

At the $8 million penthouse, they were shown to a side room featuring ropes, chains, and sex toys along with other BDSM equipment.

Rubin gagged, tied up and viciously abused the women — even punching one in the head, the suit filed by civil lawyer John Balestriere said.

“I’m going to rape you like I rape my daughter,” Rubin barked during one of the alleged assaults.

In one session, he beat one of the women’s “breasts so badly that her right implant flipped,” the papers state.

The former Bear Stearns trader paid her $20,000 to repair the damage.

One plaintiff was tied up, gagged and shocked with a cattle prod in her groin before Rubin allegedly raped her, according to the filing.

Rubin – who collaborated with two female fixers and a lawyer – had the women sign non-disclosure agreements, the papers state.

The trio sought to “cover up Rubin’s sexual misconduct and criminal abuse of women and to serve as a cover for his wide-ranging human trafficking scheme,” wrote Balestriere.

A lawyer for one of the women blasted Rubin’s alleged conduct.

“While arrogance and self-import may convince certain men otherwise, neither money nor power gives any person the right to victimize a woman,” said Jeremy Saland.

Rubin declined to comment on the suit when reached by phone Thursday.

I’ll bet the girls were shiksas. Normally, when a woman is sexually abused, I’ll condemn the abuser. And I do condemn randy Howie. He’s garbage.

But the girls were prostitutes, paid to take part in little Howie’s BDSM games. Well paid, I might add.

Thus, these shiksas who sold themselves to a Jew get no sympathy from me.

And if I were on a jury, they’d get no money either.

If I were a cop or a DA, I’d arrest all of them for prostitution.

(((Oliver Stone))) Says Don’t Condemn Weinstein, Then Backtracks As He is Accused of Groping

Jew or Not Jew rates Oliver Stone as barely a Jew since his father was Jewish and his mother Catholic.

Hollywood’s Jewish ingroup support mechanism has broken down in the Harvey Weinstein affair, but apparently Stone didn’t get the word.

Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve got a real sh*tshow going on. May it continue and ruin more careers of the elites.

Oliver Stone opted against condemning Harvey Weinstein following multiple allegations of sexual harassment.

The Snowden director, 71, told reporters Friday at the Busan International Film Festival that he believes people are innocent until proven guilty.

“I’m a believer that you wait until this thing gets to trial,” he said, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “I believe a man shouldn’t be condemned by a vigilante system.”

Stone continued, “It’s not easy what [Weinstein is] going through, either. During that period he was a rival. I never did business with him and didn’t really know him.”

“I’ve heard horror stories on everyone in the business,” Stone adds. “So I’m not going to comment on gossip. I’ll wait and see, which is the right thing to do.”

People left this out: “It’s not easy what he’s going through, either”

Actually, although Stone’s wording was inarticulate, he’s right about the left trying people in the press. Innocent until proven guilty is a foundational tenet of Western justice.

However, Stone issued a statement on his Facebook page hours later clarifying his comments: “I’ve been traveling for the last couple of days and wasn’t aware of all the women who came out to support the original story in the New York Times,” he said.

“After looking at what has been reported in many publications over the last couple of days, I’m appalled and commend the courage of the women who’ve stepped forward to report sexual abuse or rape.”

Stone added he would “recuse himself” from his forthcoming Showtime series Guantanamo as long as Weinstein is involved.

Most of Hollywood refused to condemn Harvey until it became clear that if they didn’t they were going to pay a severe penalty for their silence and their hypocrisy. Stone must have gotten the same message: Disavow or be eviscerated by the press and social media.

However, Stone’s disavowal may be too late. He’s the latest Hollywood male celebrity to be accused.

Fox News

Carrie Stevens, who was Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in June 1997, said in an interview that famed filmmaker Oliver Stone once grabbed one of her breasts at a party.

The New York Daily News reported Thursday that Stevens was at a party honoring Stone more than 20 years ago. She said Stone walked up to her, “reached out and … honked it like a horn.”

“He was really cocky, had this big grin on his face like he was going to get away with something,” she told the paper. She was 22 at the time.

Stevens told the paper that others saw the incident, but nobody said anything because “that’s what’s going on in Hollywood. That’s why things have to change.”

Some 30 women — including actresses Angelina Jolie, Ashley Judd and Gwyneth Paltrow — have spoken out recently to say Weinstein had sexually harassed or sexually assaulted them. Rose McGowan, who has long suggested that Weinstein sexually assaulted her, tweeted Thursday that “HW raped me.”

The initials were an apparent reference to Weinstein, and the Hollywood Reporter said the actress confirmed to them that she was referring to the disgraced film mogul. The New York Times earlier reported that Weinstein paid a financial settlement of $100,000 to McGowan in 1997 over an incident in a hotel room at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah.

“Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein,” Weinstein’s representative Sallie Hofmeister said Thursday.

As to the Playboy mansion party, get real. When a nude model goes there, she’s going to get “unwanted” attention of the type she really wants.

As to the rest of the saga of Harvey’s ungentlemanly behavior, Hollywood has always played by its own rules, not by the rules of tradtional America.

It’s nice to see (((Hollywood))) devouring its own. Keep it up guys.

Three Playboy Playmates Sue Strip Club Over False Representation in Naughty Ads

Who could blame these lovely ladies for not wanting their images associated with a sleezy strip club?

My San Antonio

Three Playboy Playmates and another model have sued a San Antonio strip club and are seeking $1 million in damages after the establishment allegedly used images of them without permission, according to a lawsuit obtained by

Sara Underwood, Tiffany Toth, Athena Lundberg and Rosie Jones have sued Dakota’s Dixie Rose San Antonio, 17680 IH 35 S, Dakota’s Dixie Rose Abilene, Mink Management Corporation and Tumbleweed Entertainment for alleged misappropriation and theft, according to the suit filed Wednesday in Dallas County.

The San Antonio strip club could not immediately be reached for comment Thursday.

The women claim altered images of them were used without permission to promote the businesses and made “it appear that they are strippers working in the clubs,” according to the suit.

Underwood, Toth and Lundberg are former Playboy Playmates and Jones is a model “regularly featured in many of the U.K.’s top men’s magazines,” according to the suit.

In one of the photo-shopped images, Underwood, who was named Playboy Playmate of the Year in 2007, is seen wearing a coat and low-cut shirt with “Deary Diary… Why won’t anyone make eye contact with me?” written across the it, according to the suit. The image was posted on the club’s Facebook page Feb. 21, 2014.

Underwood said the photo was used without her her permission by the Dixie Rose San Antonio location. Records from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission show the San Antonio club’s mixed-beverage license expired in October.

The Abilene club used Toth’s image on a flyer to promote a birthday party and St. Patrick’s Day event where she is seen wearing a “sexually suggestive leprechaun costume,” according to the suit.

Toth was once Playboy Playmate of the Year, according to the suit. Toth said she did not give the club permission to use her image.
Jones said the Abilene club used her image without permission in a flyer where she is featured in a black bikini and a comment that says “Some Statistics: 100% of men didn’t notice King Kong on this picture.”

If the images are copyrighted, the photographers have a case as well. However, one must prove damages in order to prevail in court. The girls are not Sunday school teachers. Their reputations would not be damaged too much by the actions of the clubs. It’s also unclear that they suffered any monetary losses.

The real victims were the men lured into the clubs thinking they were going to see lovely ladies such as these, but who ended up (after paying a stiff cover charge) watching skanky tatted up “dancers.”

Nothing good comes out of visits to strip clubs.
