Alex Jones Apologizes For Promoting ‘Pizzagate’

Fire up the troops and then pull the rug out from underneath them.

Isn’t that a strategy that controlled opposition would use to demoralize the troops?

That’s what alex Jones has just done.

Interestingly, leftist Raw Story reports that the 60 Minutes interview with Mike Cernovich on Sunday night (see my earlier post on Cernovich by scrolling down the homepage) included a segment where 60 Minutes tries to debunk #pizzagate.

First, the story.

WBUR

Longtime conspiracy theorist and propagator Alex Jones has apologized to the Washington, D.C. pizzeria Comet Ping Pong and its owner James Alefantis for his show’s role in promoting the false “pizzagate” conspiracy theory involving a child sex-abuse ring.

Jones, the host of the radio and web show bearing his name and the owner of the website Infowars, said from a prepared statement that to his knowledge, “neither Mr. Alefantis, nor his restaurant Comet Ping Pong, were involved in any human trafficking as was part of the theories about Pizzagate that were being written about in many media outlets and which we commented upon.”

He continued: “I want our viewers and listeners to know that we regret any negative impact our commentaries may have had on Mr. Alefantis, Comet Ping Pong, or its employees. We apologize to the extent our commentaries could be construed as negative statements about Mr. Alefantis or Comet Ping Pong, and we hope that anyone else involved in commenting on Pizzagate will do the same thing.”

Jones’ apology Friday came the same day a 28-year-old man pleaded guilty to charges related to a December incident when he brought an AR-15 rifle and other weapons into the restaurant and fired shots inside. Edgar Maddison Welch, of Salisbury, N.C., said he drove from his home to the Washington restaurant to “self-investigate” the conspiracy theory.

False rumors on the Internet included allegations that a child sex ring was operating out of the restaurant’s nonexistent basement and that it involved Hillary Clinton and her former campaign chairman John Podesta. Employees of Comet have received many threatening phone calls and have been the targets of online harassment and death threats.

The Daily Beast reported that Welch was a Facebook fan of Jones and Infowars, and Welch told The New York Times he had listened to Jones’ radio show.

Multiple times in the statement, Jones says that “many media outlets” were reporting on the theories; it could be seen as an attempt to minimize the role his show played in their promotion.

Despite Jones’ claim that the reason for the apology is because “we think it is the right thing to do,” it may have more to do with the perceived threat of legal action from Alefantis, who wrote to Jones in February asking for several retractions. The Washington Post’s Paul Farhi explains:

“Under Texas law, the Austin-based Jones had to retract or apologize for the stories by Friday — one full month after receiving Alefantis’s letter — to avoid exposing InfoWars to punitive damages in a libel suit.”

It’s rare for Jones to make a public apology. The Infowars website has a correction section. There are only two entries, of which the Comet apology is one.

Infowars describes the mission of Jones and the website as “seeking the truth and exposing the scientifically engineered lies of the globalists and their ultimate goal of enslaving humanity.”

NPR’s David Folkenflik noted other conspiracy theories Jones has discussed:

“Jones has claimed the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks were an inside job, that the deadly shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School was a hoax, and that President Obama would round up people into concentration camps.”

Jones was not the originator of “pizzagate,” however, which has spread on social media and on sites like Reddit.

Even after its wide debunking by most mainstream media outlets, “pizzagate” continues, as evidenced by the small group of protesters who gathered near the White House on Saturday:

The Hill’s Will Sommer reports that Jones’ apology isn’t enough to sway the hard-core believers:

Social psychology professor Viren Swami of Anglia Ruskin University told NPR’s Michel Martin that it’s hard to change someone’s belief once that person accepts a conspiracy theory. “We look for evidence that fits what we already know or what we already believe, and we try to avoid information or evidence that we either disagree with or that we know doesn’t fit with our perspective,” he said. “And if someone comes along and says, here’s the evidence, your natural tendency’s actually to rehearse arguments against that evidence.”

A lawsuit by Alefantis? That seems highly unlikely. It would expose things related to the John Podesta emails that Podesta would not want exposed.

Forget about the idea that #pizzagate has been debunked, as claimed in the article. For something to be debunked, there must be an investigation. There has been no investigation of the bizarre goings on at Comet pizza.

And why hasn’t Alefantis gone after David Seaman, the subject of an earlier post (scroll down on the homepage from this post). Seaman has brutally exposed the Podesta emails to a large audience of his followers.

If anything, Seaman has more street cred than Jones, who is widely seen as controlled opposition. Seaman suffers the same labeling, but his focus in life is almost solely on #pizzagate, unlike Jones who spreads himself across numerous issues.

Texas Mestizo Teen Arrested for Assaulting 6 Year Old Girl and Putting Video on Snapchat

OSCAR ALAMILLO SOLIS.

I can almost guarantee you that this one is an illegal immigrant. The press will never let you in on that, though.

What was it that President Trump said in 2015, which Ann Coulter repeats frequently: Mexico is not sending us her best.

This one is dumber than dumb. Consider how his crime was discovered.

My San Antonio

A 17-year-old Lufkin man was arrested this month for allegedly sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl and posting footage of the crime on his Snapchat account, according to court documents obtained Monday.

Oscar Alamillo Solis faces a third-degree felony charge of possession of child pornography and a first-degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to the Angelina County District Attorney’s Office.

The Fairview Police Department looked into the case when a 15-year-old girl contacted them after seeing “disturbing images and videos” on Solis’ Snapchat account.

While the girl was logged in, she found videos and images of what looked like a 4- to 6-year-old girl being sexually assaulted by a man who looked like Solis under his “memories” section. Police later compared the image of the man in the video to Solis’ driver’s license photo, the affidavit said.

Investigators determined the alleged crime occurred on Dec. 20. Snapchat also provided investigators with the suspect’s phone number and confirmed the number belonged to Solis after speaking with his mother and his cross-country coach.

A detective interviewed Solis at Lufkin High School on March 2 where Solis allegedly admitted to sexually assaulting a 6-year-old female family member and also admitted to taking photos and video of the sexual assault. He was arrested and booked into the Angelina County Jail on a $100,000 bond. He posted bond and was released on March 6, the jail said.

Solis allegedly gave the girl who discovered the images his login-in information so that he could prevent the loss of a Snapchat streak he had in a game, according to the arrest affidavit.

A Snapstreak occurs when two users have snapped each other within 24 hours for more than three consecutive days, according to Snapchat.

If convicted, Solis faces five to 99 years in prison for the first-degree felony charge and up to 10 years for the third-degree felony charge.

The young victim may be a relative of Solis. Incest is culturally accepted, even if not legal, in Mexico.

Barack Loses Michelle for Month Long Polynesian Vacation

“BATH HOUSE BARRY” OBAMA LANDING IN TAHITI.

Three things stand out in this story if you’re savvy enough to catch them:

1. Obama stopped in Hawaii at the time the federal judge there ruled against Trump travel ban 2. Did Obama speak with the judge before hand? We’ll never know, but it’s suspicious.

2. The absence of Michelle (or Michael, as the case may be) offers some evidence that the marriage between a down low gay president and his “wife” is fake. Obama will certainly be free to enjoy his houseboys in the privacy that he lacked in the White House.

3. I’ve seen Internet chatter suggesting that Obama is on the verge of being arrested and that Tahiti has no extradition treaty with the U.S. According to this list of countries with no extradition treaty, that’s not true. Tahiti is a French overseas country. I assume that French treaties are binding in Tahiti. However, there is the complication that France will not extradite someone facing the death penalty.

One more thing. Obama’s Secret Service agents are getting some nice duty at taxpayer expense.

AOL

Former President Barack Obama kicked off a month-long vacation on Wednesday, but his wife was nowhere to be found.

Barack Obama arrived in French Polynesia on Wednesday, where he will reportedly spend a month at the luxury Tetiaroa atoll retreat — a high-end escape owned by late actor Marlon Brando.

Obama will reportedly spend his time on the island of Tahiti without political meetings, or any of his family members. The 44th president has been in public sight numerous times since leaving his White House position — including a New York outing with U2’s Bono and a rockstar vacation in the British Virgin Islands with Richard Branson. The notorious March Madness fanatic even had time to fill out his 2017 NCAA tournament bracket.

Before arriving for his luxury stay in Tahiti, Obama made a stop in Hawaii for some golf play. A “Noi Thai Cuisine” restaurant posted pictures of the former commander in chief dining at their establishment.

The French Polynesian resort at which Obama is staying is quoted at costing between the euro equivalent of $2,150 and $13,201 dollars per night.

Both Barack and Michelle Obama signed massive book deals with Penguin Random House earlier this month, signaling their plans to stay visible as though leaders in the public eye. It is unclear what caused the former president’s wife to stay behind during Barack Obama’s trip, but the former first lady is also set to appear as a judge on tonight’s episode of “MasterChef Junior,” hosted by Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Meanwhile, back at Obama’s house in Washington, Valerie Jarrett is plotting the overthrow of President Trump. Obama may get his two cents worth in on that even if he is spending hours each day on an island canoe with a rent boy or two.

Arrested: Black Werewolf Grooms Underage White Teens for Sex

1488? NO, HE’S 44 AND SHE’S 14.

Where were the parents?

You always ask yourself that. Only a mother speaks in this story, so we can guess that no father was present to guide the young teen girls away from a clever darkie who appealed to the teen obsession with werewolf love.

Daily Mail

A werewolf enthusiast who went on the run with a 14-year-old girl is suspected of recruiting the teenager online for fantasy role-play games that led to a sexual relationship.

Mark Edwards, 44, who goes by the alias Nagamishe Shiro online, is alleged to have groomed the vulnerable 14-year-old to join his ‘slayer covenant’.

Multiple albums have been discovered online of Edwards dressed in a werewolf costume along with teens in skimpy outfits role-playing sword and gun fights in a secluded, wooded area.

Edwards, who is married and from Ohio, was arrested on February 28 after he went on the run with a girl for three days.

It came after he was released on $50,000 bond last month on counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and interference with custody from when he and the girl went missing last September.

The 44-year-old now faces charges on both separate cases. A grand jury is scheduled to debate the case today.

Edwards, who has worked as a security guard and an animal trapper, is being held at Clark County Jail on $500,000 bond.

Edwards’ wife told a local station on Friday that she would support her husband through the allegations.

On his Facebook profile, Edwards describes his slayer covenant as ‘a world wide secret organization of Werewolves, Vampires, Werecats or Hell cats, and Hybrid humans that work together to protect the human race from the evil of demons and other evil vampires or werewolves’.

He compared his group to a Jedi order for training ‘young slayers that show remarkable powers and recruiting any new slayers’.

There are multiple photos of Edwards posing in a werewolf mask and fangs, combat-style clothes and brandishing swords and guns.

Edwards’ Facebook photos contain several young women wearing masks and fantasy-style costumes of capes, gloves and carrying weapons.

They are pictured clashing swords in a wooded area and standing knee-deep in a lake. In one photo from 2012, a girl is sitting in Edwards lap.

In one disturbing album, Edwards appears to be feasting on a raw, dead animal, his face covered in blood. Other images include a bloodied Edwards and a fake human head.

Investigators have taken computers from Edwards’ home and are looking for any evidence of criminal activity or inappropriate sexual acts.

Police officers who searched Edwards’ home also found a freezer of animal parts but said that it could be from legal hunting.

The alleged victim’s mother described Edwards’ hold over her daughter like cult-like brainwashing. She said that Edwards was a friend of the family in the past when he lived nearby.

According to a police report seen by KTVU, the girl told her mother that she had sex with Edwards many times at his home between April and August 2013.

The couple fled for the first time after the girl’s mother reported the alleged inappropriate relationship to police.

There’s more pictures and story at the link, but here’s one last picture that should offer some satisfaction.

Fugitive Mexican Child Rapist Headed Back Across the Border

JOSE ROSEMBERG MARTINEZ. WANTED FOR CHILD RAPE.

I keep saying it, so I’ll say it again: The age of consent is 12 in Mexico. Mexicans have sex with children as a routine part of their culture. Because it’s part of their culture, many of these crimes do not get reported.

Illegal Alien Crime Report

GEORGE, UT (The St. George News) – A $100,000 cash-only bail warrant has been issued for a 33-year-old man suspected of fleeing to Mexico after allegedly being caught raping a 10-year-old Washington County girl.

Jose Rosemberg Martinez, of St. George, is accused of three counts of first-degree felony rape of a child, according to a warrant issued Monday by the 5th District Court.

The St. George Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Rosemberg, whom police believe may be headed to Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Nevada, or Mexico.

The child was taken to Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George Saturday night by her mother, who reportedly walked in as the alleged rape was ending.

“The medical examination in this incident confirmed that a rape had occurred,” St. George Police said in a statement Tuesday, noting that an investigation revealed that this was not the first time Rosemberg had raped the child.

The girl reportedly told medical personnel that the abuse had been going on for the past five years, according to the affidavit of probable cause filed in support of the arrest warrant.

When police responded to arrest Rosemberg at his St. George residence Sunday, they found that Rosemberg had fled.

When officers contacted Rosemberg by phone, Rosemberg told them he was on his way to Salt Lake City and would be back in town Monday and hung up the phone, according to the warrant.

Police were unable to locate Rosemberg in St. George Monday.

According to the girl’s mother, Rosemberg reportedly went to his construction job, turned in his work keys and told his co-workers “he was heading to Mexico,” the warrant stated.

Senator Chuck Schumer pulled visa strings for Indian snowshoe racer, 24, who ‘sexually abused a 12-year-old girl’ while in the US for a contest after initially being denied a visa

TANVEER HUSSAIN. ALLEGED CHILD MOLESTER PUSHED INTO USA BY CHUCK SCHUMER.

A special prosecutor must be appointed and Chuck “#pizzagate” Schumer must eventually be expelled from the Senate before being sentenced to prison. Not just for his pushing an unvetted Asian Indian athlete into America, but for his own acts with underage minors. Chuckie has been leading the charge to have Jeff Sessions dismissed as Attorney General because he knows that Jeff has been a tiger in going after pedophile rings operating in the United States.

Be afraid, Chuckie. Be very, very afraid.

SCHUMER AND ANTHONY WEINER AT A PIZZA PARTY. LOL.

Daily Mail

A snowshoe racer from India who competed last weekend at the World Snowshoe Championships in New York is accused of sexually abusing a local girl after Senator Chuck Schumer pulled strings to allow him into the country after his visa was initially denied.

Police said 24-year-old Tanveer Hussain, of Kashmir, is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Saranac Lake Village police Sergeant Casey Reardon told the Adirondack Daily Enterprise that the 12-year-old girl and her parents reported that Hussain kissed and touched her in an ‘intimate area over her clothing’.

The U.S. embassy in New Delhi initially rejected Hussain’s visa application to come to the U.S. to compete in the World Snowshoe Championship, but Schumer and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand contacted the New Delhi embassy, which allowed the racer to reapply and he was granted a visa.

Schumer’s office told Fox News that the senator often intervenes to help speed the visa process for international competition.

‘As we often do when local communities ask for help, at the request of Saranac Lake we helped to navigate the visa process so these athletes could compete at a local competition.

‘The charges against one member of the group, who is accused of a serious crime and abusing our visa program, are extremely troubling. If he’s found guilty, he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.’

Pedogate and The Plot to Delegitimize Trump Explained in 3 Easy Steps

The three easy steps that can be repeated over and over:

When your job has you meeting hundreds or thousands of people a week, who can remember all of them?

Senator Clair McCaskill (Democrat) couldn’t remember either. Isn’t it funny how everyone is denying that they’ve ever met the Russian ambassador. He must be a very forgettable guy.

Why destroy your former colleague Jeff Sessions? He’s honest and he knows what’s up? Pedophiles and payoff money:

Finally, here’s a photo of that very forgettable Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak has been in that job since 2008.

Haha. If I met this guy I’d not forget!

You want perspective? Ann Coulter’s got it. Everyone meets with the Russian ambassador. Jeff was asked if he met the Russians to talk about the Trump campaign. He said “No.”
