Six LEOs Swarm, Take Down, and Arrest Liberal Reporter for CURSING

It’s dogpile time in old Virginny. Watch:

The Blaze

Mike Stark, a reporter for the liberal website ShareBlue, was covering a parade that was also attended by Republican gubernatorial candidate Ed Gillespie.

Stark was standing in the entrance of a parking lot when a police officer told him to get on the sidewalk. The interaction escalated quickly.

The exchange

Two impolite words by Stark left him on the ground struggling against six officers while being handcuffed:

“I’m a f—ing reporter doing my job,” Stark said.

“If you curse again, in front of us, you’re going to jail,” an officer told Stark.

“F— this,” Stark replied.

And off to jail he went, eventually charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The altercation

The video shows that two officers were initially attempting to put handcuffs on Stark.

One of the officers sweeps Stark’s leg out from under him and takes him to the ground. Four other officers approached and also began restraining him.

One officer appears to press his knee down on Stark’s head while another demands he put one of his arms, which is trapped under his body, behind his back.

The law

Stark learned the hard way that Fairfax County Code 5-1-1 says that “if any person profanely curse or swear or be drunk in public he shall be deemed guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.”

It’s unlikely that Fairfax County police often find themselves handcuffing a man on the ground for foul language, but they were legally within their rights to arrest Stark.

Is that ordinance constitutional? Possibly not, at least according to Fairfax criminal defense lawyer Robert Whitestone, who said “There is no question that ‘profanely curse or swear’ has been ruled unconstitutional.”

When you’re ordered to get out of the street and on to the sidewalk, it may be best to obey Officer Friendly. He only has your safety in mind.

God Emperor Trump Scores with Greatest Presser of All Time

Although I didn’t watch the entire Trump press conference, which just concluded a few minutes ago, I did see a good part of it.

Trump was cool but firm and in charge.

Liberals at Twitter have gone insane with their hatred of Trump, as evidenced by #trumppressconference.

The hundreds, if not thousands of negative comments by liberals are both unintelligent and indicative of some sort of mental disturbance.

Mediaite

During President-elect Donald Trump’s press conference today, Trump took aim at “fake news” regarding the release of an unverified dossier by Buzzfeed, calling them a “failing piece of garbage.” Following that, he ended up getting into an argument with a CNN reporter, who he also called out during the presser over their report on a two-page synopsis they claim was presented to Trump.

With Trump looking to call on other reporters, Jim Acosta yelled out, “Since you are attacking us, can you give us a question?”

“Not you,” Trump said. “Your organization is terrible!”

Acosta pressed on, “You are attacking our news organization, can you give us a chance to ask a question, sir?” Trump countered by telling him “don’t be rude.”

“I’m not going to give you a question,” Trump responded. “I’m not going to give you a question. You are fake news!”

The president-elect approaches the podium at approximately 18 minutes and 20 seconds into the video.

Flip VP Debate Moderator Elaine Quijano: Fair or Biased?

elaine quijano

Elaine Quijano, the 42 year old Filipino moderator of last night’s VP debate, definitely had some trouble reining in creepy faggy pajama boy Tim Kaine, who interrupted Mike Pence constantly (one source I saw said 57 times).

I’m sure some Trump supporters will say that she was biased toward Clinton/Kaine and against Trump/Spence.

Maybe. But she’s no Lester Holt.

Kaine made a jackass out of himself by his repeated interruptions, which she did try to hold down somewhat.

But here’s what may surprise you. This Flip female did a report for CBSN on Mexicans who support Donald Trump.

I’ve watched this four minute segment talking about her Latinos for Trump special and she seems fair.

Am I wrong?

One more thing. All the moderators seem to be nonwhite, which is odd when you think about it. I much prefer white male moderators who exhibit no bias and have an ability to think logically and orderly.

I’m NOT thinking of you, Anderson Cooper.

Mainstream Media Calls Shifty Obama’s 60 Minutes Interview “Contentious:” Disaster Would Be More Like It

Obama 60 minutes kroft

The mainstream media are signaling, in their own politically correct way, that Obama was revealed to be incompetent on 60 Minutes Sunday night. Not that the incompetence would surprise the readers of dissident blogs and websites.

Link to Part Two Video at CBS News

The interview was wide ranging. It covers Syria, Trump, Hillary, and much more. Even liberal Steve Kroft, who’s been carrying water for Obama, seems perturbed by Obama’s failures. If this is America’s best and brightest, then America is in deep trouble.

Excerpt from Yahoo Finance

President Barack Obama’s interview with CBS’ “60 Minutes” that aired Sunday was anything but smooth.

During an interview that primarily covered Obama’s foreign policy in the Middle East, correspondent Steve Kroft was combative with Obama, repeatedly asking questions about the president’s strategy on Syria, the Islamic State, and the administration’s response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s recent military maneuvers.

Kroft interrupted the president multiple times to challenge his answers, which seemed to genuinely perturb Obama.

One of the more interesting exchanges occurred when Kroft told Obama that Putin seemed to be challenging Obama’s leadership.

Obama tried to make the case that Putin’s actions came from a source of weakness, rather than strength. Kroft quickly disagreed.

“He’s challenging your leadership, Mr. President,” Kroft repeated. “He’s challenging your leadership.”

Obama cut him off to give his definition of leadership.

“My definition of leadership would be leading on climate change, an international accord that potentially we’ll get in Paris,” Obama said. “My definition of leadership is mobilizing the entire world community to make sure that Iran doesn’t get a nuclear weapon.”

Without his telepromter, reading a script someone else wrote, Obama is lost.

Drudge on Alex Jones Show–Full Interview (Video)

alexjones-drudge

The interview actually starts at about the 6 minute mark. Matt Drudge says things we’ve never heard before. It’s an amazing interview. Drudge asks Hillary to give up her security and her guns since she wants to take your guns.

Drudge also describes how the Supreme Court plans to shut down his web site, this one, and every other blog on the Internet. He’s an insider. He has been told what the future of the Internet is and it ain’t going to be the truth.

Media Matters offers a story on the interview, which includes quotes from Drudge.

Sample Drudge quote:

DRUDGE: You’ve got to be the greatest you can be. Now. Now. Before this country is so completely altered and we’re left with Hillary’s brain in the Oval Office in a jar. ‘Cuz that’s what we’re getting. She is old and she’s sick. She is not a contender. They’re making her a contender with these propped up Saturday Night Live things. It’s like a head on a stick. And then on the Today show with [Savannah Guthrie] Aguthrie [sic] — a head on a stick.

America’s Disgust With Fox News Bears Fruit: Trump Boycotts Fox

The growing public disgust with Fox News has exploded today as Donald Trump tells Fox to take a hike. This move by Mr. Trump has been building the last couple of days, as evidenced by his Tweets.

Now, if we all boycott Fox, then they might finally get the message. Fox’s comeback at Trump is lame and ridiculous.

Excerpt from The Guardian

Donald Trump has restarted his flame war with Fox News, saying he will no longer appear on the news network because it is too tough on him.

But Fox hit right back against Trump on Wednesday, saying that it was a decision by the network to cancel a Trump appearance that led to Trump’s so-called boycott – and not the other way around.

Trump’s pronouncement came after Fox host Bill O’Reilly featured guests deemed by the business mogul and Republican frontrunner to be too critical of him.

“At 11:45am today, we canceled Donald Trump’s scheduled appearance on The O’Reilly Factor on Thursday, which resulted in Mr. Trump’s subsequent tweet about his ‘boycott’ of FOX News,” the statement said.

“The press predictably jumped to cover his tweet, creating yet another distraction from any real issues that Mr. Trump might be questioned about. When coverage doesn’t go his way, he engages in personal attacks on our anchors and hosts, which has grown stale and tiresome. He doesn’t seem to grasp that candidates telling journalists what to ask is not how the media works in this country.”

Anyone doubting whether Trump’s absence represents a blow for Fox might glance briefly at the viewing figures for the candidate’s appearance on CBS’s Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night.

With Trump in the guest’s chair, the show notched up its highest rating since its premiere, jumping 61% in viewership week-over-week and leaving the competition in the dust.

Donald Trump wins again. No one should have to sit still while the media dumps all over them. Most politicians will never lash out at the media. Trump just did.

He’s a folk hero to millions now.

THE REAL DONALD TRUMP.
