Report: Trump to Take University Affirmative Action Policies to Court

Affirmative Action in university admissions is race replacement. It replaces highly qualified white and Asian students with less qualified blacks, browns, trans, queers, illegals, and whatever other groups are deemed victims of white male oppression.

Once the preferred students are in, then the universities have to lower standards (grade inflation, for example) in order to push them along to graduation.

Just as the mainstream media is rotten to the core, so is American higher education.

New York Times Via NOLA

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration is preparing to redirect resources of the Justice Department’s civil rights division toward investigating and suing universities over affirmative action admissions policies deemed to discriminate against white applicants, according to a document obtained by The New York Times.

The document, an internal announcement to the civil rights division, seeks current lawyers interested in working for a new project on “investigations and possible litigation related to intentional race-based discrimination in college and university admissions.”

The announcement suggests that the project will be run out of the division’s front office, where the Trump administration’s political appointees work, rather than its Educational Opportunities Section, which is run by career civil servants and normally handles work involving schools and universities.

The document does not explicitly identify whom the Justice Department considers at risk of discrimination because of affirmative action admissions policies. But the phrasing it uses, “intentional race-based discrimination,” cuts to the heart of programs designed to bring more minorities to university campuses.

Supporters and critics of the project said it was clearly targeting admissions programs that can give members of generally disadvantaged groups, like black and Latino students, an edge over other applicants with comparable or higher test scores.

The project is another sign that the civil rights division is taking on a conservative tilt under President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions. It follows other changes in Justice Department policy on voting rights, gay rights and police reforms.

Roger Clegg, a former top official in the civil rights division during the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations who is now the president of the conservative Center for Equal Opportunity, called the project a “welcome” and “long overdue” development as the United States becomes increasingly multiracial.

“The civil rights laws were deliberately written to protect everyone from discrimination, and it is frequently the case that not only are whites discriminated against now, but frequently Asian-Americans are as well,” he said.

But Kristen Clarke, the president of the liberal Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, criticized the affirmative action project as “misaligned with the division’s long-standing priorities.” She noted that the civil rights division was “created and launched to deal with the unique problem of discrimination faced by our nation’s most oppressed minority groups,” performing work that often no one else has the resources or expertise to do.

“This is deeply disturbing,” she said. “It would be a dog whistle that could invite a lot of chaos and unnecessarily create hysteria among colleges and universities who may fear that the government may come down on them for their efforts to maintain diversity on their campuses.”

The Justice Department declined to provide more details about its plans or to make the acting head of the civil rights division, John Gore, available for an interview.

“The Department of Justice does not discuss personnel matters, so we’ll decline comment,” said Devin O’Malley, a department spokesman.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the educational benefits that flow from having a diverse student body can justify using race as one factor among many in a “holistic” evaluation, while rejecting blunt racial quotas or race-based point systems. But what that permits in actual practice by universities — public ones as well as private ones that receive federal funding — is often murky.

Clegg said he would expect the project to focus on investigating complaints the civil rights division received about any university admissions programs.

He also suggested that the project would look for stark gaps in test scores and dropout rates among different racial cohorts within student bodies, which he said would be evidence suggesting that admissions offices were putting too great an emphasis on applicants’ race and crossing the line the Supreme Court has drawn.

Some of that data, he added, could be available through the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights, which did not respond to a request for comment.

The Supreme Court most recently addressed affirmative action admissions policies in a 2016 case, voting 4-3 to uphold a race-conscious program at the University of Texas at Austin. But there are several pending lawsuits challenging such practices at other high-profile institutions, including Harvard University and the University of North Carolina. The Justice Department has not taken a position in those cases.

The pending start of the affirmative action project — division lawyers who want to work on it must submit their resumes by Aug. 9, the announcement said — joins a series of changes involving civil rights law since Trump’s inauguration.

In a lawsuit challenging Texas’ strict voter identification law, the Justice Department switched its position, dropping the claim that the law was intentionally discriminatory and later declaring that the law has been fixed. Sessions has also made clear he is not interested in using consent decrees to impose reforms on troubled police departments and has initiated a sweeping review of existing agreements.

South African students suspended over Nazi-inspired posters

The obvious question for those of us who understand the concept of a false flag is whether sh*t-stirring Jews posted the above images at a South African university.

Three white students have been blamed and have been suspended.

Yahoo

CAPE TOWN (Reuters) – Three South African students were suspended on Thursday on suspicion of putting up Nazi-inspired posters at a university, at a time of growing tension in race relations.

Stellenbosch University said the images, which copied Nazi youth movement posters without their swastika flags, contained “highly offensive references to Nazi propaganda and Neo-Nazism” and were in breach of the university’s policies on harassment and discrimination.

The posters for an “Anglo-Afrikaner student” event appeared on Tuesday and were taken down on Wednesday. Under the motto “Fight for Stellenbosch” in English and Afrikaans, one series showed a blond brown-shirted man and another a young woman with long blond braids.

“I have decided to suspend the three students suspected of misconduct while disciplinary proceedings are ongoing,” said Wim de Villiers, rector and vice chancellor at the university, who has described the posters as “deliberate mischief-making”.

Scores of mainly black students and some academics held a meeting on Thursday to condemn the posters publicly, a member of the apolitical Student Representative Council said.

“Racism is still very much alive, and the posters just showed us once again,” said council spokesman Kamva Somdyala.

Two years ago, the same university was rocked by protests by black students against teaching in Afrikaans, a language widely identified with apartheid.

The campus is moving away from its whites-only roots and its racial composition today better reflects the country’s mixed demographics. Black, coloured and Asian students make up around a third of the university’s population compared to only a few non-whites in 1990. It teaches in English and Afrikaans.

Racial tensions have risen in South Africa in recent months. In April, two white farmers were arrested on suspicion of murdering a black youth in a farming community in the North West province.

In November, two white men were in court to face charges of assault and kidnapping after a video showed them forcing a wailing black man into a coffin in Mpumalanga province. Their trial is set to start in June.

This story is a good example of biased reporting. There’s not a word about the ongoing white genocide in South Africa. But two instances of allegations against white people are dredged up. Furthermore, three students worried about the prospects for their race are demonized by the university.

There’s also nothing in the story to suggest that white people have a right to their own culture and language. If white people think that blonde is beautiful then who is the Negro to dictate that whites must not be allowed to think that way. If white people want to peacefully assemble and discuss among themselves their concerns, then it is their right to do so under natural law and probably under South African law.

Muzzie Filth Gains Admission to Stanford University in an Unusual Way

ZIAD AHMED. BLACK LIVES MATTER A LOT TO HIM.

This clever, politically correct future terrorist is taking up a seat at prestigious Stanford University that rightly belongs to a white student. Race replacement is a bad enough evil. But this is no ordinary Muslim. No, he’s special.

The Independent

When Ziad Ahmed was asked on his Stanford University application “What matters to you, and why?”, his answer was clear.

He wrote: “#BlackLivesMatter”, repeating the hashtag exactly 100 times to highlight the excessive use of police force which disproportionately kills black men and women.

The practising Muslim senior high school student in New Jersey has since been accepted to the prestigious University.

“Everyone who received your application was inspired by your passion, determination, accomplishments, and heart,” the acceptance letter read.

It added: “You are, quite simply, a fantastic match with Stanford. You will bring something original and extraordinary to our campus – a place where you can learn, grow, and thrive.”

Mr Ahmed told MIC that he was “stunned” to be accepted.

“I didn’t think I would get admitted to Stanford at all, but it’s quite refreshing to see that they view my unapologetic activism as an asset rather than a liability,” he said.

The student posted a screen shot of his application and the acceptance letter on Twitter over the weekend.

The post has since been shared and liked thousands of times, including by police reform group Campaign Zero and its founders.

The Bangladeshi-American has already attended the White House Iftar dinner, a religious observance of Ramadan, and in 2016 he interned for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

“To me, to be Muslim is to be a BLM ally, and I honestly can’t imagine it being any other way for me,” Mr Ahmed said.

“Furthermore, it’s critical to realise that one-fourth to one-third of the Muslim community in America are black… and to separate justice for Muslims from justices for the black community is to erase the realities of the plurality of our community.”

Mr Ahmed is also involved in combating racial stereotypes, as the founder of teen organisation Redefy and the co-founder of the youth-focused consultancy firm JÜV Consulting.

In 2015 the 18-year-old gave a TedxTalk in Panama about what it was like to be a Muslim teenager in the US.

“We live in a world where we are suffocated by societal expectations,” he said, adding he had been “labelled more times than a GMO [genetically modified product]”.

He has also been accepted to Yale University and Princeton University, and must decide which school to attend by 1 May.

Mr Ahmed has also to decide what his undergraduate degree will be, and is interested in international relations, science, economics and ethnicity studies.

Are you old enough to remember when students admitted to top universities were proficient in academics, not in politically correct nonsense.

This entitled, full of himself young puke is a stench in the world’s nostrils. If the world catches a lucky break, he will be gunned down by a posse of black rappers rhyming about social justice, niggas, and hoes. And the final words from his lips will be “Fuck black lives matter.” At which point Stanford will expel him posthumously.

Free Food for Blacks Only Sparks Outrage in Liberal NYC

Who cares so long as tax dollars didn’t pay for the food or the cart.

These small incidents of anti-white actions by nonwhites may serve a useful purpose in awakening a few people whose heads are in the sand. Blacks stick up for only blacks. Whites should do likewise because pandering to nonwhites isn’t going to make them like us any better.

New York Post

A makeshift “black people”-only food cart caused plenty of indigestion Thursday in the Bronx, outraging onlookers who called the stunt racist.

A man and a woman set up the cart around 9 a.m. outside Bronx Supreme Court, advertising their free doughnuts and juice on Styrofoam plates.

Their three handmade signs read: “Free Food For Black People.”

Passersby weren’t amused.

“Are you kidding me? If I did something like that, it would be considered hate,” railed one woman, who was repeatedly denied any grub when she confronted the duo.

A young man running the cart also refused to serve a Post reporter. And the woman insisted the cart was not restricted to just African-Americans.

“Mexican people are black,” she offered.

The pair closed up shop around 10:30 a.m.

Actually, most Mexicans do have 5 or 10 percent African ancestry, so the speaker is correct. However, Mexicans, on the whole, do not care for blacks and do have exhibit the same level of dysfunction as blacks.

Young Aussie Boy Sent Home from School for Having a Boy’s Haircut, “Nazi Style”

File this story away as political correctness gone amok.

MRCTV

A boy in Australia was allegedly sent home from school for looking like a boy.

News.com.au reports Jake, a student at Corpus Christi College in Australia, was sent home after his teachers argued his new short haircut could “offend” people.

Jake’s mother, Sandra Fedele, told 6PR’s Gary Adshead, “This morning he went to school on his last day to get his exam results, he’s Year 10, he got told, he text me and said ‘Mum, I’ve been told I have to go home, I’m not allowed to be at school, my hair’s too short.’”

“We had a wedding on the wedding and he got his hair cut. So has his hair cut short on the side and it’s cut just a little long on the top. It’s not even 2 centimeters long on top, so it’s not like it’s a long fringe down to his nose or anything like that. He’s just got a boy’s haircut. Literally a boy’s haircut,” she explained.

When Sandra arrived at school, teachers allegedly told her the haircut violated school rules for being too short and therefore potentially offensive.

Even though Jake’s mother provided a barber’s note that the haircut was a “number two,” which falls under the school’s guidelines, the school said Jake had to wear a hat for the rest of class since his hair was still too short.

“He hasn’t got a shaved head, stripes or swirls to say he looks gangster-ish. It’s a boy’s haircut,” Sandra said.

Upon observing a photo of Jake and his new haircut, Adshead said, “It’s not even a short back and sides, essentially, because it’s a short back and long enough on top, and it’s longer on the top. It’s clear as day.”

Asked for a statement by the West Australian, Corpus Christi declined to comment. Catholic Education WA said the school cannot comment on individual situations:

The college has a clearly defined and consistently applied uniform policy, and parents and caregivers agree to this policy when enrolling their child as a student of the college.

It is intended that uniform standards will be adhered to by all students, whenever attending school.

Decisions by college staff regarding the enforcement of the uniform policy are always made in the best interests of each student’s education.

After social media backlash, Jake was eventually allowed to attend his school end-of-term Rivercruise, which Sandra had reportedly already paid for twice.

Haha. Although the school won’t say so, they’re clearly thinking that Jake has a Richard Spencer “Nazi” haircut. We mustn’t have any little Hitlers running around, mustn’t we. If we let him have his short haircut, he might do the Nazi salute (horrors).

Here’s the hipster Nazi style haircut:

Australia: Sydney’s Black Serial Rapist Has Been on the Attack for 30 Years and is Stlll on the Loose

POLICE ARTIST’S SKETCH OF SUSPECT.
rape suspect

The police are FINALLY publicizing this?

What the hell is wrong with THEM?

After reading this story you will detect the faint smell a cover up of a BLACK serial rapist’s crimes.

It’s taken the police 30 years to tell this story and ask for the public’s help, according to The Guardian. Pathetic!

If the Australian police really wanted to catch the Negro who has waged war on Australian women for decades, they could have. There simply aren’t that many males of the rapist’s description.

Politically correct policing is NO POLICING.

The Guardian

A global manhunt is underway for a prolific sexual predator believed to be responsible for 27 actual and attempted rapes in Sydney going back 30 years.

The man, believed to be aged between 45 and 64, committed the “blitz attack” rapes in a 16-year spree between 1985 and 2001, police said.

“We have now reached the point where we’re seeking help from the public,” Detective Acting Superintendent Mick Haddow, from the New South Wales police sex crimes squad, told reporters on Monday.

Investigators have released two identikit images, saying descriptions of the serial attacker’s physical build had changed over time.

But during each attack, he either brandished a knife, or warned his victims that he was carrying one, and spoke with an Australian accent.

He’s described as being about 160-180cm tall, with a dark complexion, dark, wavy hair, brown eyes, and a broad nose.

Police had originally begun investigating five sexual assaults in 2000 in what they named Task Force Doreen. When other cold cases were reviewed, the investigation grew to include 27 actual or attempted assaults.

Each case was linked by a combination of DNA and similarity in the way they were carried out. But despite attempts to match DNA using available records across Australia and the world, the attacker’s identity remained a mystery.

Some of the attacks happened in Sydney’s Centennial Park and others on the pathway between Bondi and Bronte beaches. The women were often threatened with a knife.

His physical description has changed over time. In the 1980s he was described being of a thin build, in the early 1990s of a medium build and in the late 1990s of an athletic or muscular build.

“He kept his face covered on all occasions, and in most cases, he was dressed in casual clothing, including tracksuits, hooded jumpers, football-style shorts, or singlets,” NSW police said in a statement on Monday.
