Jewish Film Director Accused of Sexual Harassment by 38 Women

JAMES TOBACK. FILM DIRECTOR. LADIES MAN.

If Hollywood really wanted to clean up its act, which it doesn’t, it would actively race replace Jews with European-Americans.

Jews are in the process of being revealed as a creepy race of sexual predators.

It’s about time.

Slate

he Los Angeles Times reports that 38 women have come forward to accuse director James Toback of sexually harassing them. 31 of Toback’s 38 accusers spoke to the Times on the record, including a high school student, aspiring actresses who quit the business after meeting Toback, a “well-known actress” who requested anonymity because she feared retaliation years later, and Louise Post of indie rock band Veruca Salt. (That’s 38 accusers so far: Glenn Whipp, who reported the story for the Times, tweeted that 15 more women contacted him with further allegations against Toback since the story was published.) Toback directed The Pick-up Artist and Two Girls and a Guy, and was nominated for an Academy Award for writing the screenplay for Bugsy. He’s been working in film since writing the 1974 James Caan film The Gambler; his most recent movie, The Private Life of a Modern Woman, premiered at the Venice Film Festival on Sept. 4 of this year.

The women’s stories of their alleged encounters with Toback follow a common outline: Toback would approach a young woman, introduce himself as a film director, and say she was perfect for the project he was working on. According to his accusers, after a spiel about his résumé—Toback allegedly carried articles about himself around to prove he was who he said he was—he would explain that he needed to get to know them better before casting them, and set up a meeting in a more private location. At those meetings, according to the women, Toback would steer the conversation in a sexual direction, boasting about famous women he’d slept with and asking embarrassing sexual questions; pubic hair was allegedly a common topic. Then, the women say, Toback masturbated or rubbed himself against them to completion. In at least three of the incidents the Times reports, Toback allegedly requested the women pinch his nipples and look in his eyes as he came. As with Harvey Weinstein, Toback’s behavior was allegedly an open secret in Hollywood, as drama teacher, actor, and playwright Karen Sklaire—who says Toback dry-humped her leg during a 1997 meeting—explained:

It’s a common thread among many women I know … after someone mentions they were sexually abused by a creepy writer-director, the response is, “Oh no, you got Tobacked.” … The numbers are staggering.

It’s far from the first time news has broken about James Toback allegedly harassing women. In 1989, Spy published “The Pickup Artist’s Guide to Picking Up Women: A Case-by-Case Look at Movie Director James Toback’s Street Technique,” by Vincenza Demetz (a pseudonym). Twenty-eight years ago, Demetz discovered the same common threads in multiple stories of alleged encounters that the Times is reporting today. Toback’s alleged M.O. was so depressingly monotonous that the magazine ran his accusers’ stories in a giant four-page foldout table, with column headers like “The Credentials,” “Pitching the Project,” and “Trust Me.” The chart also included the following disclaimer:

A Word of Warning: This chart contains frank, explicit language, including the phrase, uttered by a man, “Just touch my nipples and I’ll come.” What follows is not for the squeamish.

The Spy story—which was about unwanted sexual advances during what were presumed to be business meetings—doesn’t seem to have caused much of a stir at the time in other media outlets, but it does show up, heavily euphemized, in later profiles of the director. In 2000, a New York Times article called it a chronicle of “Mr. Toback’s own exploits as a pickup artist”; a 1997 profile in the Los Angeles Times noted, presumably as a compliment, that “his own libido is so legendary that Spy magazine once published a fold-out chart of his conquests.” Gawker also published similar allegations about Toback allegedly sexually harassing women in 2008, 2010, again in 2010, and in 2012. Eight of the 12 movies Toback has directed were released after the Spy article; two were released after the Gawker articles.

But the fallout from the Harvey Weinstein scandal has inspired women to come forward once more. For Louise Post—today the singer and guitarist for indie rock band Veruca Salt, but in 1987, when Toback allegedly told her he’d like to masturbate in front of her, just a college student at Barnard—Weinstein’s public fall from grace forced her to face that part of her past. “Today, I cried for the first time since then about it,” she told the Times. And actress Adrienne LaValley heartbreakingly explained why she hadn’t told anyone about her alleged encounter with Toback before now:

The way he presented it, it was like, “This is how things are done.” I felt like a prostitute, an utter disappointment to myself, my parents, my friends. And I deserved not to tell anyone.

It’s great that Hollywood is being exposed, but this may be what is called a “limited hangout.”

In a limited hangout a few sacrificial lambs are tossed out to the lynch mob, while the really big crimes are covered up.

Hollywood is filled with pedophiles. Let’s get them front and center and let’s start sending these creeps to prison. And let’s make sure to boycott the garbage that Hollywood produces, much of it hostile to us deplorables.

Woman claims (((Roman Polanski))) molested her at age 10; wants him kicked out of Academy

MARRIANE BERNARD ABOUT THE TIME SHE WAS ALLEGEDLY MOLESTED BY ROMAN POLANSKI.

The five feet tall Polish Jew Roman Polanski now has a fifth accuser. He, like Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein, are giving Hollywood a bad name.

Not that it ever had a good name to begin with.

Fox News

A California artist claimed Roman Polanski “sexually molested” her when she was 10 years old and has started a petition to get the Polish director booted from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Marianne Barnard wrote in her Care 2 petition that the controversial director molested her after she was photographed by him at Will Rogers State Beach in Southern California. The artist claimed the director asked her to take off her bikini top then bottoms before he molested her.

Barnard also claimed her mother, who was present at the photo shoot, arranged the ordeal. The artist believed her mother was paid to walk away from the incident so she could pay for a Ph.D.

“After it happened, I didn’t say anything to anyone. I wish that I had been brave enough to speak out, tell a friend, their parent or even a teacher,” the artist wrote. “Maybe if I had, the other girls wouldn’t have been molested by Polanski (a convicted statutory rapist) also. That’s a terrible heartache to carry.”

Barnard asked online users to sign the petition to have Polanski’s board membership revoked from the Academy. More than 12,500 people have signed the petition as of early Saturday afternoon.

She said the petition was motivated by the Academy’s decision last week to expel disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein from the board following a string of sexual harassment and sexual assault allegations against the movie mogul.

“It is a small consequence for him considering his crimes and the great amount of harm he has caused me and his other victims,” Barnard wrote.

Barnard listed the four other women who have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against the contentious director.

“We’ve stayed silent until now. We feared. But, we can no longer be silent and allow this man who sexually assaulted little girls to enjoy fame, recognition or an honored place in history,” Barnard wrote.

Barnard is the latest woman to come forward with allegations against the Oscar-winning director. Earlier this month, Renate Langer, a German woman, said she was assaulted by Polanski when she was a teenager in 1972.

Polanski won the Oscar in 2003. You can see despicable Meryl Streep give him a STANDING OVATION at the 1:10 mark in the video.

Damn Hollywood!

In August, another woman, who identified herself only as Robin, said the director sexually victimized her in 1973 when she was 16.

Polanski, 84, served 42 days in prison before fleeing to France from the U.S. after pleading guilty to having unlawful sex with a minor in California. His victim, Samantha Geimer, was 13 at the time.

Geimer said Polanski drugged, raped and sodomized her at “Chinatown” actor Jack Nicholson’s Hollywood Hills home in 1977.

This summer, Geimer asked a Los Angeles judge to drop the 40 year old case against Polanski, who can only travel between France, Switzerland and Poland.

Cops investigating racist video that shows students simulating sex

White youths acting stupidly captured their stupidity on Snapchat footage.

White boys on a middle school football team are seen in a hazing type of activity that involved demeaning black youths, who also are apparently on the team. Watch a TV news report, above, that shows some of what went on, along with condemnation by black parents.

Rather than engage in foolishness, racially aware white youths should practice racial solidarity, helping each other advance in school so that as adults they can gain control of the legal system, higher education, and the entertainment industry. We’re in an undeclared race war and we need leaders at the top in government and industry who reject egalitarianism.

New York Daily News

Police are investigating clips shared on Snapchat that see white student athletes from a Virginia school pinning down black students and simulating sex while shouting racially charged comments.

Parents were outraged over the incident, which occurred in the Short Pump Middle School locker room on Oct. 13, while advocate groups have called for a federal investigation, KSLA reported.

The clip in question starts off with a simple question: “Ever wonder what happens in a football locker room?”

A football player’s parent — who was not identified — told WTVR all the black football players were held down on the floor while their white teammates “dry humped them” and shouted racist comments.

“What’s up with you blacks,” one student can be heard saying in the video.

Another says: “We gonna f— the black outta these African-American children from Uganda.”

In an open letter to parents, officials explained the school had been aware of the video since Monday, prompting many to wonder why they waited so long to take action.

Principal Thomas McAuley called the actions in the Snapchat clips “appalling, disturbing and inexcusable,” adding he hopes to put procedures in place to prevent such things from occurring again in the future.

“We will include staff, parent, administrator and student representatives in this dialogue,” the letter reads. “Our hope is to use this very unfortunate event as a meaningful learning opportunity.”

The Short Pump Middle School football team has already forfeited the rest of their season in light of the footage. And while they will no longer play any other games this season, officials said they will continue to hold practices.

NY Times: O’Reilly Paid Lis Wiehl $32 Million to Settle Sexual Harassment Claim Prior to Fox Contract Renewal

What happened between former Fox News analyst Lis Wiehl and Bill O’Reilly is known only to them. O’Reilly certainly has shown on a number of occasions that he’s a jerk.

But $32 million given to a woman who suffered no physical or mental impairment because she had to deal with a jerk is obscenely excessive.

O’Reilly settled new harassment claims, then Fox renewed his contract

By The New York Times
Last January, six months after Fox News ousted its chairman amid a sexual harassment scandal, the network’s top-rated host at the time, Bill O’Reilly, struck a $32 million agreement with a longtime network analyst to settle new sexual harassment allegations, according to two people briefed on the matter — an extraordinarily large amount for such cases.

Although the deal has not been previously made public, the network’s parent company, Twenty-First Century Fox, acknowledges it was aware of the woman’s complaints about O’Reilly. They included allegations of repeated harassment, a nonconsensual sexual relationship and the sending of gay pornography and other sexually explicit material to her, according to the people briefed on the matter.

It was at least the sixth agreement — and by far the largest — made by either O’Reilly or the company to settle harassment allegations against him. Despite that record, Twenty-First Century Fox began contract negotiations with O’Reilly, and in February granted him a four-year extension that paid $25 million a year.

Interviews with people familiar with the settlement and documents obtained by The New York Times show how the company tried and ultimately failed to contain the second wave of a sexual harassment crisis that initially burst into public view the previous summer and cost the Fox News chairman, Roger Ailes, and eventually O’Reilly their jobs.

In January, the reporting shows, Rupert Murdoch and his sons, Lachlan and James, the top executives at Twenty-First Century Fox, made a business calculation to stand by O’Reilly despite his most recent, and potentially most explosive, harassment dispute.

Their decision came as the company was trying to convince its employees, its board and the public that it had cleaned up the network’s workplace culture. At the same time, they were determined to hold on to O’Reilly, whose value to the network increased after the departure of another prominent host, Megyn Kelly.

But by April, the Murdochs decided to jettison O’Reilly as some of the settlements became public and posed a significant threat to their business empire.

Early that month, The Times reported on five settlements involving O’Reilly, leading advertisers to boycott his show and spawning protests calling for his ouster. About the same time, the O’Reilly settlements arose as an issue in Twenty-First Century Fox’s attempt to buy the European satellite company Sky.

In addition, federal prosecutors who had been investigating the network’s handling of sexual harassment complaints against Ailes had asked for material related to allegations involving O’Reilly, according to an internal Fox email obtained by The Times.

“Their legal theory has been that we hid the fact that we had a problem with Roger,” Gerson Zweifach, Fox’s general counsel, wrote in the email, referring to the prosecutors and Ailes, “and now it will be applied to O’Reilly, and they will insist on full knowledge of all complaints about O’Reilly’s behavior in the workplace, regardless of who settled them.”

He warned the Murdochs that they should expect details from the January settlement to become public. Six days later, O’Reilly was fired.

In a statement, Twenty-First Century Fox said it was not privy to the amount of the settlement and regarded O’Reilly’s January settlement, which was reached with a 15-year Fox News analyst named Lis Wiehl, as a personal issue between the two of them.

LIS WIEHL.

Regarding O’Reilly’s contract extension, the company said Fox News “surely would have wanted to renew” O’Reilly’s contract, noting that “he was the biggest star in cable TV.”

It emphasized that provisions were added to the new contract that allowed for his dismissal if new allegations or other relevant information arose. “The company subsequently acted based on the terms of this contract,” the statement said.

In an interview Wednesday, O’Reilly, at times combative and defiant, said there was no merit to any of the allegations against him. “I never mistreated anyone,” he said, adding that he had resolved matters privately because he wanted to protect his children from the publicity.

“It’s politically and financially motivated,” he said of the public outcry over the allegations against him, “and we can prove it with shocking information, but I’m not going to sit here in a courtroom for a year and a half and let my kids get beaten up every single day of their lives by a tabloid press that would sit there, and you know it.”

He declined to specifically address questions about the settlement with Wiehl or any others.

O’Reilly’s lawyer, Fredric S. Newman, described his client’s relationship with Wiehl as an 18-year friendship in which she at times gave him legal advice.

Asked about the allegation of a nonconsensual sexual relationship, a representative for O’Reilly, Mark Fabiani, said that Twenty-First Century Fox was “well aware” Wiehl had signed a sworn affidavit “renouncing all allegations against him,” adding that after receiving the document Fox News offered O’Reilly “a record breaking contract.”

Wiehl’s $32 million deal dwarfs other previously known sexual harassment settlements at Fox News. The largest of those was the $20 million payout former host Gretchen Carlson received after she sued Ailes in July 2016.

The settlement with Wiehl was more than three times the amount of any of O’Reilly’s previously known deals; in 2004, he had settled a lawsuit with a producer, Andrea Mackris, for about $9 million. Publicly known harassment settlements involving O’Reilly have totaled about $45 million.

Arrested Pedophile Corrections Officer Admits that “Cheese Pizza” is a Reference to Child Porn

Prison guard Stephen Salamak wanted to meet up with an eight girl old for a free sex session. Instead, he was arrested. At least, he’ll know people in prison when he’s sent to the big house.

Press of Atlantic City

NEWARK — An officer with the state Department of Corrections was arrested and charged with receiving images of child pornography, acting U.S. Attorney William E. Fitzpatrick announced Thursday.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations agents arrested Stephen Salamak, 37, of Lodi, Bergen County, at his home. According to the complaint, Salamak used multiple email accounts to seek and obtain explicit images of underage children.

In May, an undercover law enforcement officer responded to a Craigslist ad, placed by Salamak, seeking “Woman/Moms that are into Cheese Pizza.” The complaint said Salamak communicated with the undercover officer and requested photos of an 8-year-old child. In July, authorities executed a search of Salamak’s email account, finding he communicated with multiple people about pornography and pedophilia.

A search warrant of Salamak’s home was executed on Thursday, where admitted to authorities “Cheese Pizza” was a reference to child pornography, he knowing received emails containing child porn and knowingly communicated with various individuals regarding child pornography and pedophilia.

Salamak was employed as a corrections officer at East Jersey State Prison in Rahway.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the charge of receiving child pornography carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison with a maximum potential penalty of 20 years and a $250,000 fine.

More sordid details of Salamak’s sexual preferences can be read here.

Tranny Democrat Running for State Legislature Against “Bathroom Bill” Author in Virginia

DANICA ROEM IS A SO-CALLED TRANS WOMAN.

What do you have when you put a male into a dress and let him call himself a woman?

The (((elites))) say you have a trans woman, who should be allowed to use the women’s bathroom and lockerroom.

The general public would be less tolerant, with the terms “chick with a d*ck” and “shemale” coming to mind.

A country crazy enough to put Barack Obama in the White House is also crazy enough to elect trannies to local office. Expect more of them.

NPR

State legislative races don’t usually draw a lot of national attention – but Virginia’s House District 13 race is: it pits a Republican incumbent known for unsuccessfully sponsoring a so-called “bathroom bill” against a transgender woman.

If she succeeds in unseating Delegate Bob Marshall, Democrat Danica Roem would be the country’s first openly transgender state lawmaker.

Roem’s background may set her apart as a political candidate, but her message to voters in this district, in the outer Washington, D.C. suburbs, is pretty standard for a local politician. She’s focusing on bread-and-butter “quality of life” issues, she says, like roads funding, schools, and water infrastructure.

Roem argues she’s uniquely informed about local issues and prepared to problem-solve because of her years working as a newspaper reporter in the region.

“I’ve dedicated my professional career to vetting information…and then reporting the truth as it is, not what other people hope it should be,” she said. “…And when I’m in office I can do the same thing.”

“SHE’S” KNOCKING ON DOORS.

But most of the attention has focused on Roem’s status as a transgender woman challenging an incumbent who known for his opposition to LGBT rights. Marshall has been in office for 26 years – since Roem, now 33, was a child growing up in the area.

Marshall hasn’t responded to repeated requests for interviews with NPR, but he has talked to conservative radio hosts like Sandy Rios of American Family Radio.

In an interview in September, Marshall said the race is about more than local policy debates.

“Danica clearly is out here doing this for making a marker in the national character that you can engage in this behavior – which clearly goes against the laws of nature and nature’s God – and hold public office to make decisions on behalf of the common good,” Marshall said. “That is what is kind of at stake here.”

In that interview, Rios and Marshall also speculated about whether or not Roem has had surgery as part of her transition from male to female.

In an interview at her campaign office in Manassas, Roem called the discussion “gross,” and said Marshall should focus on substantive issues, not her gender.

NOT LOOKING VERY WOMANLY, IS HE?

The story goes on to note that the LGBT movement has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to get “her” elected. That makes this election about her penis, not her platform.is

Woman Teacher Arrested for Sex Romps inside classroom with Female Student

JACLYN TRUMAN, AGE 30. ACCUSED OF SEX IN CLASS.

WFTV reports that Jaclyn Truman has been released from jail on $40,000 bail. Prior to her recent resignation, she taught sign language.

New York Post

A Florida teacher was arrested Friday after she was accused of having a sexual relationship with a female student last year.

Jaclyn Truman, 30, allegedly had a two-month relationship with a 15-year-old female student last year while Truman was serving as a long-term substitute teacher at Hagerty High School in Seminole County, Fla., the Orlando Sentinel reported.

The student told deputies form the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office she and the Truman had sex “multiple times” in the high school from March to May 2016, WFTV reported.

A report was filed on Oct. 4 and Truman was placed on leave from Lake Howell High, where she was then teaching, after Child Protective Services called the school, WFTV reported.

The educator resigned from her position at the school Thursday and turned herself in to police the same day, the Orlando Sentinel reported. Officials said Truman was cooperating with the investigation.

Truman was charged with “two counts of lewd acts on a minor student” and was placed in the Seminole County Jail. Her bail was set at $40,000, the sheriff’s office said.

While I could find no information on Truman’s marital status, I did find this photo of her and an unidentified toddler.

Bob Kealing, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office spokesman, said Truman taught at a few schools in the Seminole County school district.

Michael Lawrence, the Seminole County Public Schools spokesman, said a background check was done before Truman was hired full-time and the check came back clean.

WFTV adds this to the story:

Truman declined to comment as she walked out of the Seminole County Jail Friday.

Truman is the fifth Hagerty High School staff member to be arrested in the past three years.

In 2014, an assistant foodball coach was arrested on charges of having sexual contact with a student and a teacher’s aid was arrested for unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

In 2015, a dean was arrested for soliciting prostitution and a social studies teacher was arrested for sending nude photos to a teen online.

That high school is a hotbed of hot beds.

I looked up the school. It’s 71 percent white, 16 percent Latino.

I also found her youtube channel, where she uses sign language.

Check out the tattoos.
