Methodists Condemn Jeff Sessions Over Policy Separating Illegal Scum From Their Children

When a father is sent to prison for a DUI, he’s separated from his children.

When mom is sent to prison for her DUI, she’s separated from her children.

Nobody cared about parents and children being separated until it was discovered that an Obama policy of separating children from their illegal parents, whose border jumping is a crime, is being continued under the Trump administration.

It’s all political bullsh*t and it makes me extremely angry.

Now the faggot loving, un-Biblical United Methodist church has jumped in with more bullsh*t.

The Week

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is a United Methodist, and he is also the face of the Trump administration’s widely condemned policy of separating migrant children from their families at the border. In a Friday statement slamming the policy as “a shocking violation of the spirit of the Gospel,” the United Methodist Church registered its dissent to Sessions’ use of the Bible to defend the separations:

Jesus is our way, our truth, our life. The Christ we follow would have no part in ripping children from their mothers’ arms or shunning those fleeing violence. It is unimaginable that faith leaders even have to say that these policies are antithetical to the teachings of Christ.

Christian sacred texts should never be used to justify policies that oppress or harm children and families. [United Methodist Church]

The statement explicitly called out Sessions as a “fellow United Methodist,” asking him to reverse the decision to split up families. It noted that the close context of the passage Sessions cited, Romans 13, includes instructions for Christians to “extend hospitality to strangers” and to do “no wrong to a neighbor.”

Nearly 2,000 children were separated from their families in April and May alone; some of these families crossed the border illegally, while others are legal asylum-seekers.

Asylum seekers are also illegals if they jump the border, contrary to the last sentence.

One more thing.

Don’t be fooled by the word asylum. Historically, asylum seekers were people persecuted by the Communists. Now, they’re just ordinary mestizos running away from their fuxated economies and equally fuxated countries. They’re gaming the system.

NBC quotes Jeff:

“Persons who violate the law of our nation are subject to prosecution … I would cite you to the Apostle Paul and his clear and wise command in Romans 13 to obey the laws of the government because God has ordained the government for his purposes,” Sessions said. “Orderly and lawful processes are good in themselves … and protect the weak and it protects the lawful.”

He called on religious leaders to “speak up strongly to urge anyone who would come here to apply lawfully, to wait their turn and not violate the law.”

Later Thursday, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders doubled down on Sessions’ comments, saying it is “very biblical to enforce the law.”

“That is actually repeated a number of times throughout the Bible,” she said, responding to a question about Sessions’ comments about Scripture’s supporting the administration’s policies.

  1. What is the big deal?? We don’t want the illegals and we surely don’t want their brats! Why does our government keep them in cages?? Are they waiting for a White House party where Bush’s Obamas and Clintons serve them up as pizza and hotdogs? Send them all back TOGETHER immediately…PROBLEM solved.

    • So did they leave their mansions and Cadillacs behind. I bet this accommodation is WAY better than what they had. Question is, why can we house these thousands of kids, yet, we can’t house our own homeless. American children are sleeping in shelter and cars. Cry me a river! It gets them use to the jail system.

  2. Did God step down and appoint the Methodists as His replacement? If you love your children don’t drag them illegally into a foreign country. Besides, children aren’t a legal defence. Just ask any guy who fell behind in his child support payments when he got laid off.

  3. (((Methodists))) condemn Trump . there I fixed it for you paladin….

the original Methodists would be sickened of all the kneebending the current methodist church has been doing, fag marriage and infinity illegal mexican ms 13 children is what christ had in mind? when he said to spread the gospel?! jesus isn’t a fag loving globalist you methodist retards!

    • Amen!
of course, sessions is grossly misinterpreting/taking out of context Romans 13 also, for his own uses, but still…
      Mad Celt above nailed it.
In fact, i wouldnt be a bit surprised if the illegals bring their kids intentionally TO get them detained ; they know that the kids will have it better here in most circumstances [unless shillary gets em…[ than they would at home.

  4. The empty pews society said that they didn’t agree with enforcing laws and that Jesus would not approve of this kind of thing. Jesus is the gardener that mows the lawn wanted for rape and murder.

  5. Another smear job. Religion has little to do with it. Either we care about preserving our own FIRST, or we don’t. It’s that simple.

Nature’s Law is survival of the fittest. Too bad their countries are toilets, it isn’t our fault. We don’t owe them squat. Check your guilt White Man. You have nothing to be ashamed of.

  6. The bible is pretty clear that you are to obey the laws of the country . Liberal turds who never cracked open a bible or darkened the door of a church love to mis-quote scripture when it comes to hordes of invaders but have no use for the bible when it comes to abortion. Funny how that works.
