White Cop Michael Slager Sentenced to 20 Years for Justifiable Shooting of Negro Walter Scott

American political prisoner Michael Slager, the white cop who shot and killed unarmed Negro Walter Scott, will be spending the best years of his life behind bars.

Slager’s downfall was the result of a cell phone video taken by a bystander that shows Slager firing at Scott as he ran away to try to evade arrest.

I’ve watched the video numerous times. I clearly see Scott struggling with Slager. I also see Scott trying to grab Slager’s gun at one point, before breaks free of Slager’s grasp and tries to make a run for it.

The Negro gods who rule America demanded a sacrifice and Michael Sager was it. The family of the deceased moron was awarded $6.5 million in a settlement with the city over his death.

ABC News

Former South Carolina police officer Michael Slager was sentenced today to 20 years in prison for the deadly shooting of unarmed black man Walter Scott.

U.S. District Judge David Norton ruled that Slager committed second-degree murder and obstruction of justice, when he shot and killed 50-year-old Scott in 2015. The second-degree murder ruling came with a recommended 19 to 24 year sentence.

Over the last two years I have seven posts on this case, including this one on the $6.5 million payout.

At one point during the sentencing Scott’s mother looked the former officer in the eye and told him she forgave him. Families on both sides of the court burst into tears.

One of Walter Scott’s brothers, Rodney Scott, told the court that the death of his brother the worst day of his life. Rodney Scott said he wants Slager to pay for his actions.

Slager’s father, mother, sister and wife also spoke to the judge, begging for a lighter sentence. They talked about how Slager led a life of service and how upset they were after the shooting. Michael Slager’s wife, Jamie Slager, told the judge, “He had to make a decision in a split second. I couldn’t imagine having to make a decision that fast.”

The judge’s decision comes after Michael Slager, who is white, pleaded guilty to a federal civil rights offense.

Michael Slager shot and killed Walter Scott on April 4, 2015, while Slager was an officer with the North Charleston Police Department. Michael Slager claimed self-defense, but witness cellphone video that surfaced shortly after the encounter showed the officer fatally shooting Walter Scott in the back as he ran away. He was fired from the force after the shooting.

Michael Slager was charged in South Carolina with murder and pleaded not guilty. During the state murder trial, Michael Slager’s attorney said his client shot Walter Scott because he was in fear for his life. In 2016, the case ended in a mistrial. The state retrial and federal trial were expected to take place this year, but instead, in May Michael Slager pleaded guilty to violating Walter Scott’s civil rights in federal court, ending the federal case against him and also resolving the state charges that were pending after the mistrial.

Before hearing his sentence in federal court, Michael Slager called each family member out by name and apologized, thanking them for forgiving him. “I wish this never would have happened,” he said. “I wish I could go back to the day and change the events, but I can’t.”

At a news conference after the sentencing, Rodney Scott said his family is “pleased.”

“We got justice,” he said.

He said his family is “thankful for the justice system that worked on our behalf,” but added that “a lot of work” still needs to be done in the justice system.

Another one of Walter Scott’s brothers, Anthony Scott, thanked Feiden Santana, the witness who filmed the shooting, for being “brave” enough to film what he saw.

I’ve followed most of the high profile cases where a white cop has shot and killed a Negro. The only one I’ve found where the shooting was not justified was the Philando Castile case and the cop there wasn’t white. Watch Scott run, watch him fight Slager, and watch him die below.

  1. Fuck being an LEO today. It’s just not worth it, you can’t even fight back without getting shitcanned and thrown out the door.

Plus most people aren’t worth protecting anyway.

  2. Yes..I know EVERY disgusting n!gger deserves death but the cop was stupid….How was he ever going to justify shooting the smelly n!gger in the back?….A n!ggerstick would have done the job….
Funny that they handcuff the half dead n!gger on the ground….

    • I saw the crime scene footage from the 1984 massacre at that McDonald’s in San Ysidro. A police sniper used a high-powered rifle to shoot the perpetrator in the heart. But they still “handcuffed” his dead body, go figure.

      • Probably has to be kept in restraint while in custody until death is formally determined medically. By-the-book stuff.

  3. Twenty years. I believe parole in the federal system is gone, yet good behavior cuts the time.

After this shooting happened I read several posts by cops who said it was likely a justifiable homicide, They reasoned that under some state laws, deadly force is authorized when the arrested one escapes custody. Here Scott was officially in custody and broke free and ran. As pointed out, Slager did not know if Scott was running to grab a hidden gun or join his homies around the corner, or take a hostage, or enter a school and take kids hostage.

Not only did Scott have motor vehicle violations and gave the cop a BS story, he had a warrant for arrest on child support non-payments. Scott apparently owed $18000 back support payments due. Read that as: ‘you’re paying to support his nigglets’.

On this one, since Scott was a rather worthless nigger, I’d give the cop a bit of a break. Remember the jury deadlocked on what I think was a first degree murder charge. This charge was placed even before the facts of the case were in to keep the nigs from rioting. The payment to the fambly was done long before the final verdict which seemed premature to me. You await the facts of court and the assessment of guilt before judging the compensation if any. Scott of course contributed to his own demise.
