School principal Zach Ruff made national headlines in late April, a story of bullying two teen anti-abortion protesters, covered on Saboteur365.
The good news is that this probable Jew provocateur has resigned. He was going to be fired anyway, so why not. Not even he nor his lawyer are willing to defend his nasty tempered behavior.
Setting aside his ethnicity/religion, Ruff is a sodomite.
Zach Ruff, the Philadelphia-area assistant principal who made national headlines after telling teenage activists that aborted babies are in “hell,” has resigned.
Downingtown STEM Academy in Chester County released a statement Thursday saying it wants to “move forward” now that its controversial employee has stepped down. Mr. Ruff was caught on video April 21 telling pro-life activists Conner and Lauren Haines, 16 and 19 respectively, to go “to hell” with the souls of aborted children.
The former school official added at one point that President Donald Trump should also suffer eternal damnation.
“Dr. Ruff’s resignation comes following a ‘Loudermill’ hearing that was held on Friday, May 5, 2017,” the school said. “This hearing is required for all tenured employees under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. During this hearing, Dr. Ruff was given notice of the allegations against him and was given an opportunity to present his version of the series of events that occurred on April 21, 2017. Dr. Ruff, his attorney Thomas Kelly, and the District’s solicitor reviewed and discussed the confrontation that was caught on a YouTube video and substantiated by DASD surveillance video. In addition, it was noted that the DASD surveillance video did not substantiate the allegation that the demonstrators were banging on cars.”
Mr. Ruff’s final day of employment was effective Thursday.
“He acknowledged that his conduct cannot be defended or condoned and he deeply regretted his actions as displayed on the video,” the school wrote. “This school district will not interfere with the rights of anyone to express themselves, as those US Constitutional 1st Amendment rights are established in law. The Downingtown Area School District has policies that comply with all legal requirements, including compliance with the First Amendment. The two demonstrators had a right to be on a public sidewalk and a legal right to speak there as well.”
Lifenews sadly reports that Ruff had many defenders among the students and parents at the school. Even worse, the two pro-life students were threatened and harassed.
Since the incident on April 21, “many Downingtown Public School students (and parents) have followed Ruff’s example—sending Conner and Lauren hundreds of messages indicating they completely misunderstand the concept of Free Speech. In fact, some of those comments were threatening and vulgar,” the ADF letter explains.
While some students, parents and abortion activists have defended Ruff, the school district has been clear in its disapproval of his actions.
“We do not condone or support the conduct expressed in the video and are deeply disappointed that this incident occurred. His conduct does not represent the values of the school district or the respect we expect our employees to show for the civil rights of others,” the district said in a statement in April.
Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Kevin Theriot defended the students in a statement last week.
“No one should ever be harassed and berated by a government employee on a public sidewalk simply for peacefully engaging in one of the most common free speech activities,” Theriot said. “The severity of this situation, as easily seen in the video, makes what we are requesting of the school district so necessary. This can never happen again, and the school district should ensure that both Conner and Lauren—as well as anyone else who would engage in protected free speech—feel confident that it won’t.”
The gays will do their best to take care of jobless Ruff. Let him bartend in a gay bar or something. But never allow him around youths again.
