Inspirational Quote of the Day: One About the Impossible

Another one from Napoleon Bonaparte. Like Adolf Hitler, Napoleon owned Europe for a decade. Unlike Hitler, he was sent into exile.

  1. Maybe Napoleon should have looked up the meaning of the word. All of Europe being dominated by the French, including England, Germany and Russia. Impossible, then and now. The french King in Paris could not even control most of France for half of the past 1000 years or so. The English controlled the Bordeaux district for 400 or more years, along with other regions.

Napoleon crowned himself Emperor, totally against the rules of the game – the church leaders should have done this. Napoleon was thus a lot like Idi Amin, who made himself a Field Marshal as well as other unearned titles. Idi also went into exile – killing a lot of people is usually not punished, as with the Soviet Union, and Napoleon.
