UPDATED WITH THIS BREAKING GRAPHIC VIDEO.
AND THIS EARLY MORNING TRUMP TWEET
At best, MILO is alt-light. He’s a funny Trump supporting homosexual who snipes at the low-hanging fruit that looney feminists offer. What he does is something anyone could do. It’s not radical, but rather satirical.
The irony is that the left is wasting it’s political capital (if it has any) by going violent on him. As you know he loves that black penis more than anything, so how can the left not love him?
A scheduled speech by controversial Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos at the University of California, Berkeley led to violent protests that caused the event to be called off, the university said.
The university said fires were set, including one caused by a firebomb that ignited a generator-powered spotlight, and commercial-grade fireworks were thrown at police. NBC Bay Area showed a group of people grab a metal barricade and smash it against a door.
“The violence was instigated by a group of about 150 masked agitators who came onto campus and interrupted an otherwise non-violent protest,” UC Berkeley said in a statement. Some people were attacked and police treated six people for injuries, the university said.
Yiannopoulos said on Facebook that he was evacuated and blamed “violent left-wing protesters.”
The university said the event was called off at around 6 p.m. local time “amid violence, destruction of property and out of concern for public safety,” and estimated 1,500 people were outside the venue.
UC Berkeley police said multiple dispersal orders were given for the protest and people were told to leave campus or avoid the area. A campus lockdown was declared. A witness said a large crowd at Sproul Plaza yelled “No Trump, no Milo” and police used a megaphone to announce the event was called off.
MILO called in to Tucker Carlson’s show last night:
Yiannopoulos’ planned talk was scrapped after violent protesters hurled smoke bombs, broke windows and started a bonfire outside the student union where he was to appear.
“No one’s safety is at risk from different opinions,” Yiannopoulos told “Tucker Carlson Tonight” in a phone interivew. “No one’s physical safety is endangered by political ideas from a speaker on campus, but universities have sort of allowed this stuff to happen, and even in some cases encouraged it.”
The Berkeley appearance was to be the 32-year-old’s last stop on a nationwide college tour that has sparked protests and occasional violence. Yiannopoulos told Carlson that he believes the protesters view him as a proxy for President Donald Trump, whom he vocally supports.
“I annoy the feminists and the Black Lives Matter guys probably almost as much as Trump does, certainly on college campuses,” Yiannopoulos said. “So, they go for the next best thing. They go for … the person they think they can scare. Well, they don’t scare me. I will continue to give college talks until the day I drop dead.”
Yiannopoulos has made remarks in the past that have been criticized as racist, misogynist, and anti-Muslim.
Of his opponents, Milo said, “They never want to debate because they’re scared of losing. They don’t have the facts on their side and for 30 years the left has been able to bully people into silence by name-calling and they’ve forgotten how to argue.”
MILO’s full interview with Tucker is embedded below. There’s footage of the riot being shown as MILO answers Tucker’s questions. According to MILO, it appeared that the police were ordered to stand down and let the riot commence unimpeded.
MILO may not be one of us, but he has his uses. Let him continue to be targeted by the violent, very dangerous left. It just makes it easier for the sane members of the public to support Donald Trump’s call for law and order. MILO also makes it easier for people like me to point to the truth about the left: They are violent, insane tyrants who would kill us all if they ever gained power.
One more thing. Let’s never forget that the left is not organic, but rather the brainchild of (((George Soros))) and other shadowy figures with money to burn and a burning hatred of ordinary white people.
