The War on Christmas is a part of the soft white genocide that would deny the white Christian population of America it’s traditions and beliefs.
You don’t like Christmas music, get the hell out of Michael’s restaurant, you damn atheist scum.
The chef at St. Augustine’s Michael’s Tasting Room, Michael Lugo, told First Coast News that on the back of a receipt a customer wrote, “Christmas music was offensive. Consider playing ‘holiday’ music or less religious themed.”
It is a part of a growing number of requests in recent years to lessen the religious elements of Christmas, to instead focus on more universal “holiday” themes.
Lugo said, “My server in concern had to show me that and it was really like what is going on in this world? So we posted it.”
He posted a picture of the receipt on Facebook and captioned it, “Really…what’s wrong with people.”
“It’s all about celebration of family … (and) gathering with friends and people and it’s a tradition,” Lugo added, according to First Coast News. “It’s not about a religion, it’s not about anything else. I am a Christian, but I don’t push that as my agenda. I think that Christmas is Christmas.”
His post has garnered over 200 comments and close to 300 likes on Facebook, First Coast News notes.
A response to the post written by Jody Mathein reads, “It’s so sad that people try to take Christ out of Christmas. If they don’t believe in Christ stay quiet and let those of us who know what the season is about enjoy it. I’m sure God is as proud of you as I am Michael.”
One Facebook user, Julie Wesling, wrote, “Sometimes the ever presence of music, ads, displays etc is overwhelming. Maybe this person is really hurting because they lost a loved one during Christmastime. Maybe they were having a really hard day. I don’t think they should be condemned…for making a suggestion! I think Jesus would have compassion.”
Lugo stated that he took to social media to protect his staff, not to complain.
“The stress it puts on my staff is unfair. Between social media and review sites I swear they are under constant pressure that someone is going to write something bad about us.”
Kudos to Michael for posting the receipt. Too bad he can’t name the perp who wants to write Christ out of Christmas.
