Missing Mom Sherry Papini Safe After Allegedly Being Released by Two Hispanic Women Kidnappers

“Super mom” Sherri Papini is super cute. That’s led to a great deal of speculation that the attractive young blonde mother disappeared herself three weeks ago, leading to FBI involvement and a nationwide search for her.

More precisely, there’s suspicion that super mom ran off with a boyfriend and got tired of hiding out and so got her story ready and had the boyfriend drop her off near a major highway.

Read the story and see what you think.

ABC News

A California woman who went missing in the beginning of November has been found safe after being released by her captor or captors this morning, the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office announced today.

Sherri Papini, 34, was reported missing on Nov. 2, 2016, after she went for a run in the afternoon and never came home. Papini was last seen jogging alone on Sunrise Drive in Redding, California, according to a poster that was distributed in the search effort. The mother of two young children has been described by her family as a “super mom.”

“We are very ecstatic to report that Sherri Papini has been located and has been reunited with husband and family on this day of Thanksgiving,” Sheriff Tom Bosenko said at a news conference today. “I am happy to say that Sherri is now safe and that she has been treated at an area hospital outside of Shasta County for non-life-threatening injuries.”

Bosenko did not specify the nature of her injuries.

Bosenko said Papini was released early this morning by her captor (or captors) on a rural road in Yolo County, about 150 miles from her home. “She was bound with restraints but was able to summon help from a passing motorist,” Bosenko said.

The sheriff said that this is still an active investigation and that authorities are “looking for a dark-colored SUV with two Hispanic females armed with a handgun.”

Papini is being interviewed today by detectives from the Major Crimes Unit of the sheriff’s office.

“This is a new chapter in this investigation, sensitive information has yet to be disclosed,” Bosenko said.

The sheriff’s office added that she has been reunited with her husband, Keith Papini.

REUNITED.

If Sherri faked her abduction, her husband is going to be widely mocked and ridiculed. Furthermore, he’ll be a single dad for a while since Sherri will do time behind bars.

If you were her husband, would you divorce her if there was hanky panky going on?

Background on the Sherri Papini missing persons case was posted on Saboteur365 on November 7.

The Daily Mail offers more pictures and additional details. As at ABC News, the comments revolve around a “fishy” smell to the Papini affair.

  1. ““She was bound with restraints but was able to summon help from a passing motorist,” Bosenko said.”

This was a risky situation and may indicate she was not faking it. She could easily have been raped and even murdered by her rescuers. A tipsy 23 year old Norwegian got raped tiwce in 24 hours in London by asking for help from two dark skinned men who did not know each other in separate incidents. They gave her more than she asked for. Including a Coon smashing her head in to a concrete wall. So Plod should treat these Californicating rescuers with suspicion, they may know the girl.

Two Hispanic women kidnappers? This seems very unlikely, i.e. two female kidnappers. Also why did they leave her bound? There was no need for this, they could have untied her. So the binding may be a sign that the whole thing is fake. Why no ransom demands?

Very attractive female and I am sure a lot of horny cops are trying to get in to this case, with a deeply penetrating investigation.

    • It does look like this is shaping up to be another one of those “amnesia” cases where the “victim” can’t remember anything from the second they were “kidnapped” until the exact moment they were “rescued”.
The “two Hispanic women” story sounds especially bogus.

  2. It looks to me that the $100,000 reward was paid, without telling the cops. This encourages copycat crimes. USA has a lot of kidnapping which is almost unknown in UK, Australia and NZ. There was a kidnapping case in the UK not too long ago which was reported as the first in 100 years.

A Chink was kidnapped in Sydney a few years ago and hundreds of police were assigned full time to the case and the kidnappers were caught. The kidnappers were Chinks who did not think the victim family would dare go to the police. Chows keep a lot of cash and jewellery etc at home and in safes and so on.

Kidnapping for ransom, if a common crime, is a sure sign of a corrupt shithole country.

  3. God forgive me for saying this but to me seems that this is all fake. The husband called the daycare to find out she never got home with the kids/he found her phone along the road by calling the police/he thought she was kidnapped…fishy.

  5. what about that case in so cal where the wife and husband got tied up and she was taken for about 3wks and releast unharmed. The police chief wanted to prosecute them saying it was set up, then 6mos? or so it happens again in another city 50 to 100mi away, then again it happens. Finally they (probably reporters, not the cops) found the guy, a real nut case. The poor couple sill have people looking strange at them, THANKS Mr lazy jump to conclusions Police Chief and Prosecutor. P.S. the couple were both good looking and had good jobs and INNOCENT

    • I remember that case well. I guess one way to look at it is that the police are paid to be suspicious. Do you remember the bombing at the Atlanta Olympics, where the FBI tried to pin it on Richard Jewel, an innocent security guard? He never got his reputation back.

    • A publicity stunt so she can launch a reality show. She has had some work….she has the joker grin, which looks good early on, but give it ten years.

Fake boobs, fake grin, fake crime = HOAX.

  6. I wonder if this will be another “amnesia” victim that claims to remember nothing that happened to her but still gets rich by selling interviews about her “ordeal”?

  7. Funny, I thought it might be faked the way she was “rescued.” Why no news interview with the “passing motorist?” Strange how none of the story of her kidnapping has yet to come out. Who got the reward? The passing motorist? To keep his mouth shut??

    • I though they had said they kept driving further down the road to find a road sign or mile marker so that they could give a location to the police.
I think I remember reading it somewhere.
