Tom Hanks Breaks with Hollywood Over Trump’s Victory

Meh. The conservative press seems to be playing up Tom Hanks’s response to the great victory over adversity that Donald J. Trump achieved on November 8.

To me, it’s nothing. He has a new movie to sell or something? I don’t know. This “endorsement” of Trump is about as appealing as a beer stein full of warm p*ss.

In what is certainly sure to draw ire from some, if not many, in the Hollywood community, two-time Academy Award winner Tom Hanks opted for grace and class when speaking about President-elect Donald Trump. After a week of hysteria-laden open letters and Twitter rants from entertainment industry liberals like Aaron Sorkin and Joss Whedon, Hanks’ calm demeanor and response really stood out. The actor was being honored at the Museum of Modern Art in New York when he offered a refreshing dose of perspective.

We are going to be all right because we constantly get to tell the world who we are. We constantly get to define ourselves as American. We do have the greatest country in the world. We move at a slow pace. We have the greatest country in the world because we are always moving towards a more perfect union. That journey never ceases, it never stops. Sometimes, to quote a Springsteen song, it’s “one step forward, two steps back,” but we still aggregately move forward. We, who are a week into wondering what the hell just happened, will continue to move forward. We have to choose to do so, but we will move forward because if we do not move forward, what is to be said of us?

Then Hanks said something that would probably be career suicide for a less established actor:

“This is the United States of America. We’ll go on. There’s great like-minded people out there who are Americans first and Republicans or Democrats second,” Hanks told THR. “I hope the president-elect does such a great job that I vote for his re-election in four years.”

James Woods and Clint Eastwood are Trump guys. They should get our support. However, unlike some others, Tom Hanks doesn’t deserve our contempt.

What story? Flim flam from an actor?
Actors are paid to speak lines written by people more intelligent than them, and to fake emotions.
It is most unwise to trust the personal opinions of actors. Most are lefty liberals (or pretend to be) so that they have snowballs chance in hell of surviving in Jewrywood, LA.
Just because someone is famous does not mean they are wise. In some cases, like Tom Hanks, it does not even mean they are a good actor. Tom Hanks has a whiney voice, to my ear. Not manly at all. He gets a 6 on jewornotjew which is a fairly high score.
Many of todays stars are poor actors, in my opinion, pushed forward by the promoters of Hollywood. For example, a great many of the male leads are whiney voiced, ugly Jews. This is hardly what the majority of the movie going public wants to see and listen to. But it is what the movie producers want to force people to watch. Ugly dark Jews with blond shiksas. Most HolyWoodie movies are Jew fantasy.
Friends, Two and a Half Men, there is always a male Jew snuck on to such shows.

    • Haha. I thought maybe some Tom Hanks fan would see this and think I was too hard on him. As I wrote, I am not impressed. PJ Media, the source of this piece is a cuckservative outfit. He has a couple of new movies out soon, which accounts for him “straying” from the liberal narrative.

      And this recent one:
