Donald Trump says he’s going to deport up to three million undocumented immigrants immediately

Donald Trump has said he will deport two to three million undocumented immigrants “immediately” upon taking office.

In his first television interview since winning the presidential election, Mr Trump insisted that he is going to carry out his hardline immigration policy proposals, while insisting that he would build a wall between the US and Mexico.

“What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, where a lot of these people, probably two million – it could be even three million – we are getting them out of the country or we are going to incarcerate,” Mr Trump told 60 Minutes.

“Be we’re getting them out of the country, they’re here illegally.”

He explained that once the border is “secure”, then the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement will assess the status of the remaining undocumented immigrants in the country.

“After the border is secure and after everything gets normalised, we’re going to make a determination on the people that they’re talking about who are terrific people, they’re terrific people but we are gonna make a determination at that,” he said. “But before we make that determination… it’s very important, we are going to secure our border.”

Of course, it still remains unclear how Mr Trump plans to carry out this proposal. Undocumented immigrants are entitled to full removal proceedings in immigraiton court. And as the courts already have a major backlog of hearing, there would be no immediate removals. Additionally, he fails to explain how his policy would be different from the current law in place under the Obama administration, which prioritises removal of immigrants convicted of criminal offences.

Mr Trump did offer minor details about the wall he plans to build – namely, that a portion of it would not be a wall at all – describing an iteration of the boundary between the two countries that essentially already exists.

“There could be some fencing,” he said. “For certain areas I would [accept a fence], but certain areas, a wall is more appropriate. I’m very good at this, it’s called construction.”

The President-elect’s comments about mass deportations stand at odds with a statement made by Paul Ryan, the highest ranking Republican, on Sunday morning.

“We are not planning on erecting a deportation force. Donald Trump’s not planning on that,” Mr Ryan told CNN.

“I think we should put people’s minds at ease: That is not what our focus is. That is not what we’re focused on. We’re focused on securing the border,” he added. “We think that’s first and foremost, before we get into any other immigration issue, we’ve got to know who’s coming and going into the country – we’ve got to secure the border.”

Paul Ryan should be removed by the Republican Party from his leadership position. He’s an obstacle, not a help.

  2. “who are terrific people, they’re terrific people”

    This comment bothers me. Ap
pears to be waffling, possibly, due to protesters around the country. Why add fuel to the fire, now? But, just to remind him of his promises, I’ve been reminding him of them on his “Share your ideas.”

His plans are to enforce immigration laws in place, as well as throw out all of Obama’s executive actions regarding illegals. They will not be receiving welfare, etc., hopefully, many will go back. Not so many to deport.

  3. “Of course, it still remains unclear how Mr Trump plans to carry out this proposal. Undocumented immigrants are entitled to full removal proceedings in immigraiton court.”

Only to a journalist is this unclear. The law has to be changed. the illegal must go now, and fight for right of return to the USA from the other side of the wall/fence at his own expense. No tax payer funded court cases to allow illegal and undocumented bums to stay. No US citizenship papers or passport with valid visa, get out and stay out.

Many other things can be done such as cancel all US driving licenses and other such documents issued to illegals, including leases on real estate etc. They also should cease receiving any Govt benefits of any kind, other than free jail cells and free one way rides across the same border they hopped in the first place.

The Federal Govt should stomp on “sanctuary cities” and very hard. This is blatant criminality. Sheriff Joe Arpaio for supreme job of the new deportation department!

Maybe Paul Ryan might be the ideal ambassador to Mexico, or better yet Guyana or the Congo? Maybe Libya, he might stop a bullet like the previous guy?

    • I’m hopeful that Paul Ryan will be voted out by Republicans in Congress as House Speaker. Trump can do a lot by Executive Order. Just canceling Obama’s Executive Orders would restore much of the rule of law. ICE and the Border Patrol are already allegedly ignoring Obama’s orders in an effort to please Trump, whom they supported.

      • Trump has promised less laws, not new ones. He is going to do away with a lot of regulation and a lot of Govt jobs and whol Departments. Why not ditch the DHS for a start? Instead the jobs will be building things and making things, including infrastructure. Real jobs instead of bullshit paper shuffling.

  4. http://www.radioaryan.com/ Don, Your “Greek” caller, as some others, is not pure white, but is Deut 23:2 (mixed-race) per accent. That is not a Greek accent, of course, but a yid-dish-pseudo “Greek” accent. Greece, as all other White ( http://www.anglo-saxonisrael.com ) Nations were Jude 1:4’d, long ago. That is, all of Our Gen 17:4 Nations are under and populated by the brood, clearly. This is why the world is so crappy (i.e. jewish / devilish) “Be Not deceived!!!”

  5. PJ can I draw your attention to this bag of filth. It’s a 27 second video in which it labels the election of Donald Trump, illegal and illegal election, illegal government and illegal state.

OK. This is a bunch of commies called the UAF United Against Fascism. They usually cause violence, this time there are only about 20 of them outside the BBC studios about to interview Marie La Penn.

They are carrying banners with slogans saying “never again” and “No to the Nazis”. It took place yesterday, Remembrance Sunday when political leaders were laying wreaths for the fallen, yet not one of these scumbags are wearing a poppy.

They scream about Nazis, yet don.t remember the men that gave their lives fighting.

  6. In the English Common Law and in the traditional laws and customs of
European countries there was the concept of the “outlaw”. In this case, the
term “outlaw” doesn’t just mean someone who has broken some law … such
as robbery or assault. It means that someone who had been declared to be
an outlaw (by a “writ of outlawry”) was no longer entitled to the protection
of the society’s laws. The outlaw’s existence was outside of civilized society
and was considered to be no different than that of a wild and dangerous
animal. Any person who was an outlaw could be hunted and captured
anywhere at anytime by any citizens using whatever means necessary
(including lethal force) and without any negative consequences for the citizens.
Any citizen who aided an outlaw in evading capture was automatically deemed
to be an outlaw also. Anyone whose absolutely first act on entering this country
is to willfully violate its laws should have no claim to protection by those laws.
So, if this concept can be revived in some modified form (such as retaining due
process for anyone aiding an outlaw) and combined with the citizens’ Second
Amendment rights, an auto-emmigration stampede aught to be the result.

  7. Why were these people here in the first place? Greedy rich who do not want to pay workers a fair wage. Send them out of the country too.

  8. Trump is the kind of guy who will verbally shift posistions. A lot. We’ll have to see the finished product to fimd out if he is a man of his word…. he’s a jew york city yankee so I have my doubts. On the other hand you have to pretty legit to stay in business.

We should be mission focused. Words are wind. The mission is to cut back on the number of invaders. Trump stated “deport 11 million illegals”. Imo, it doesn’t matter how, just so long as 11 million non-Whites leave. And don’t return. Ever

A wall and offical deportations etc aren’t nessacary to accomplish that.

Ending the taco benders access to schools, medical care and what not would create a lot of self-deportation. Cutting off their access to jobs would cause a massive level of self-deportation. Make the punishment for knowingly hiring an illegal the confiscation of the guilty party’s property and buiness; confiscated property to be auctioned off. See how many employers hire illegals after that.

The wall can be done on the cheap and in a hurry. A massive hesco barrier wall would get the job done.

    https://www.hesco.com/products/rapid-deployment/

Just a couple of possibilities. Not my ideal, which would be massive forced deportations, an invasion of Mexico to make a belt of destruction 150 miles deep into Mexico. All buildings destroyed, all water sources poisoned, trees etc cut down, then a ditch, and a wall with high tech security systems and armed guards. Plus constant uav and air patrols. Followed by changes to the law making entering the usa a capital offense, same for knowingly employing, harboring, assisting etc non White immigrants. With the property of those who do so confiscated and sold, the proceeds helping unemployed Whites.

Which will never happen, but sometimes it’s beneficial to set an extreme position at the beginning of negotiations. Which I think Trump did the whole damn time he was running. But in his case “extreme” to the left, not extreme to typical voters
