    Wow that is a huge call.
    What about those patriotic Revolutionary heroes that owned slaves, The Fondling (sic) Fathers?
    Jefferson had hundreds of them, not all women of course.
    Being owned as a slave for a lifetime is probably worse than being raped once, or groped or coerced or whatever Willy Clinton did. Billy Boy did not drug them unconscious like Billy Coonsby did.

    • Many slave owners loved their slaves.
      I read a story of one who had a family with a slave and wanted to marry her. In his will he wanted to free his kids and give them all his money, but it was illegal to do so. The state overturned his will, broke his family up, and sold his kids.

      Some slave owners may have bought slaves to give them a better life. They may have hated the institution of slavery and forked out cash to try to help some of them. You don’t know. Stop assuming.
